【摘要】 本文将研究视角投向一名县级文化馆的音乐干部,通过第一手田野调查的资料重点讨论了他在地方性知识语境中的生存状态以及他所做的音乐文化工作,包括他对当地民歌的采集、整理、保存、利用、改编以及创作民歌风格的音乐作品方面所作的工作,也涉及了对其它基层群众性文化工作的考察。通过对他的个案研究来阐明文化馆音乐干部这类人群在沟通民间口传音乐文化和官方书面文化两种不同音乐传承体系中所起到的中介桥梁作用。以个体窥探群体,以微观透视宏观,借此文化馆音乐干部的典型中介人事例,研究探讨从事相同或类似工作的音乐工作者所做的文化中介工作的意义。实践中,这种文化中介人的现象与问题往往被文化研究者所忽视。本文力求对特定音乐文化中介人个体的生活与工作进行全方位的人类学考察与研究。音乐文化中介人一方面采集、整理、保存民间音乐;另一方面,他们利用部分民间音乐进行改编与创作,并通过现代媒体使之在更为广泛的领域传播,将小传统下文化的音乐形式融入到文化大传统中去。他们的文化活动,存在一种独特的文化文本保存的机制,形成了一种凝聚口传文化与书面文化于一体的“双重意义文本”,为后代的知识分子和研究者留下了重要的参考资料。他们对民间音乐的选择、改编以及创作民歌风格的音乐作品的过程中渗透了自身的复杂、矛盾、多元的文化理念与审美价值观,对于文化研究者有重要的研究价值与意义。从时间、空间、隐喻三个维度中对此进行立体式考察,音乐文化中介人人群在回答“音乐是什么”的问题中形成一种双向的文化交流体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This dissertation will study a music cadre of county cultural center. Through the firsthand fieldwork materials,the dissertation have discussed his existence state and music cultural work that he do in the context of local knowledge,especially,including his collection, arrangement, conservation, utilizing of folk music, adapting and creating the folk style songs, also involved the investigation of the mass cultural work. It is expound through the case study that music cadre of county cultural center is bridge of two culture between folk oral music culture and official culture. This dissertation will study and probe into the meaning of music cadre of county cultural center in China. In practice, scholar often ignored the phenomenon and problem of such cultural intermediary.This dissertation try to do a omni-directional anthropology investigate and study to specific music cultural intermediary life and work of individual. On one hand,the cultural intermediary of music gathers, conserves the folk music; On the other hand, they utilize some folk music to adapt and create, and make it spread in more extensive field through the modern media. Their cultural activity have unique culture text conservation mechanism, has formed one kind of " dual meaning text " , left the important reference material for the later generation. Their attitude to the folk music permeated one’s own complicated, contradicted, polinary cultural logos and aesthetic values .It is important to the cultural researcher.
