智能化多功能控制仪的研制

【摘要】 智能化多功能控制仪是对工业生产中的功率和温度进行控制的系统。当前许多同类型产品控制精度低,性能不高,不能符合工业生产的需要。本系统是在对当前众多控制系统的分析和研究基础上设计研制的。本文首先从智能化多功能控制仪研究的意义出发,同时结合我国目前控制系统的应用和研制等情况进行分析、论证了系统方案,得出了采用基于单片机技术设计智能化多功能控制仪的优势和可行性。然后,论文针对本系统分别从硬件、软件、算法以及抗干扰措施方面对系统设计要点进行分析。硬件部分论述了系统的各个主要功能模块,以及每个模块所实现的功能;软件部分论述了系统采用的设计思想及主要的子模块设计流程和功能;本系统采用了新型的、带自整定功能的继电型PID算法,实现系统的输出控制;抗干扰方面重点论述了系统所采用的硬件抗干扰、软件抗干扰和制版抗干扰方法,使系统的稳定性得到保证。本系统采用手动调节控制输出和自动控制输出两种方法,使系统满足不同的工作需要。实验表明,该系统能够较稳定的控制功率输出和温度调节,在该应用领域具有一定的先进性。

【Abstract】 The intellectualized multi-purpose control meter is a system which is carry on the control to the power and the temperature of the industrial production. Now, many same type product is low in control precision and the performance, cannot meet the industrial production need. This system is developmented based on the analysis and the research of current control system.This article first embarked from the intellectualized multi-purpose control meter research’s significance; simultaneously unified our country present situations of the control system’s application and development; analyzed and proved the system plan; obtained the plan’s superiority and feasibility of design this system based on the monolithic integrated circuit technical. Then, the paper analyzed this system separately from the hardware, the software, the algorithm as well as the antijamming measure aspect. The hardware part elaborated system’s each major function module, as well as each module’s function; The software part elaborated the design concept, the main submodule design cycle and the function. This system used new, the belt self regulating and following the electrical form PID algorithm, realized system’s output control. The antijamming aspect elaborated the hardware antijamming , the software antijamming and the making lithograph plates antijamming method, enabled the system’s stability to obtain the guarantee.This system used two methods which are the manual regulation control output and the automatic control outputs, caused the system to satisfy the different job requirement. The experiment indicated that this system could control the power output and the temperature adjustment, has certain sophistication in this application domain.
