开口磁性材料特性的研究

Study on the Magnetic Properties of Soft Magnetic Materials with Air Gap

【摘要】 主动磁悬浮轴承中的磁路是带有气隙的,带气隙磁路的磁特性与无气隙磁路的磁特性具有很大的不同。手册上提供的磁特性均是在无气隙的情况下测得的结果。主动磁悬浮轴承通过磁场产生非接触支承力,因此磁路的磁特性直接影响主动磁悬浮轴承的性能。为了保证主动磁悬浮轴承控制系统的实时性,提高磁悬浮轴承的稳定性,文中对带气隙磁路的磁特性进行了研究。文中设计了两种测量磁性材料的磁特性的方案:一种是利用电磁感应原理测量磁感应强度的示波器法;另一种是利用霍尔效应测量磁感应强度的霍尔效应法。文中首先用ANSYS对不同软磁材料构成的不同气隙的磁路的磁特性进行了磁场仿真分析,然后用文中设计的测量电装置测量了相应磁路的磁特性,得到了多种具有不同气隙的磁路的软磁材料的静态和动态磁滞回线。文中比较了同种软磁材料构成的不同气隙磁路的磁特性,以及不同软磁材料构成的相同气隙磁路的磁特性。

【Abstract】 Active Magnetic Bearings in the magnetic circuit have a gap, with the gap magnetic and non-magnetic properties of the magnetic properties of magnetic air gap is very different. Active magnetic bearing magnetic field generated through support of non-contact, the magnetic properties of magnetic direct impact on the performance of active magnetic bearings. In order to ensure active magnetic bearings of the real-time control system, improve the stability of magnetic bearing and speed, with the gap in the magnetic circuit of the magnetic properties have been studied.This paper is designed with two sets of measuring magnetic properties of magnetic air gap programme: One is the principle of electromagnetic induction by measuring the intensity of magnetic induction oscilloscope; other is the use of Hall-effect magnetic sensor measuring the strength of the Hall element method. This paper first using ANSYS gap openings of different magnetic material simulation of a magnetic field, and then measured the electrician pure iron, ferrites, silicon steel and other soft magnetic properties of materials, and the same type of soft magnetic materials in different the air gap magnetic properties were measured by a variety of static and dynamic hysteresis loop. Through comparison of the magnetic circuit and the opening of closed magnetic circuit of the different magnetic properties, as well as with different kinds of materials in the air gap magnetic properties.
