减少热蓄积型沥青混合料制备的试验研究

【摘要】 城市道路在城市下垫面中占有较大比例,沥青路面材料是接近于黑体的灰体,吸热快、热容量高,是城市热岛效应最重要的热源之一。研制开发具有热辐射功能的路面材料,减少路表热量蓄积,降低路面温度,对减少沥青路面高温病害及缓解城市热岛效应具有重要的意义。试验制备和选择出符合功能要求的红外粉体材料,并将其表面处理,提高粉体活性。利用扫描电镜观察红外粉体在基质沥青中的分布状况,从微观上分析了红外粉体与沥青的相容性。将处理过的红外粉作为功能填料,取代部分矿粉,掺入沥青混合料中,制备出了减少热蓄积型沥青混合料。试验测试出所选红外粉在大气红外窗口具有较高的发射率,这保证了用该红外粉制备的混合料具有较好的自散热功能。试验研究了减少热蓄积型沥青混合料的热辐射性能,测试结果显示JCLJ红外粉沥青混合料试件的表面温度比普通沥青混合料试件平均降低了3.4℃,表明该种混合料具有较好的降温性能。试验研究了减少热蓄积型沥青混合料的高温、低温和水稳定性等常规路用性能,结果显示与普通沥青混合料相比,JCLJ红外粉沥青混合料的动稳定度提高了9.52%,残留稳定度提高了3.67%,表明该种混合料并不会降低沥青混合料的常规性能。理论分析了减少热蓄积型沥青混合料对城市热岛效应的影响,得出了计算模型,计算出JCLJ粉沥青路面能使其上空近地层大气的温度下降3.03℃,揭示了该种混合料的降温机理。

【Abstract】 City roads stand a big proportion of city underlying surface. Asphalt pavement material is grey body close to black body. It is one of the important heat sources of urban heat island effect with high speed of absorbing heat and high thermal capacity. Development and manufacture of pavement material with function of thermal radiation which can reduce heat storage of road surface and decrease pavement temperature have the important meaning to reducing asphalt pavement high-temperature diseases and diminishing urban heat island effect.Infrared powder material according with the demands is prepared and selected by experiment. Surface treating the powder is to improve activity of powder. Through observing distribution of infrared powder in basic asphalt by SEM, compatibility between infrared powder and asphalt is analyzed in microscopic scales.As functional filler, treated infrared powder is incorporated into asphalt mixture by substituting a part of mineral powder. With this method, reducing heat storage asphalt mixture is prepared. The experiment result show that selected infrared powder has high emission rate in atmospheric infrared windows,which ensure that the mixture that prepared with infrared powder has a better self-radiating heat function.The paper does the research on thermal radiation properties of reducing heat storage asphalt mixture by experiment. The results show that surface temperature of JCLJ infrared powder asphalt mixture is 3.4℃lower on the average than common asphalt mixture, which indicate that the mixture has a better temperature reduction performance.The paper does the research on normal road performance of reducing heat storage asphalt mixture including high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability by experiment. The results show that dynamic stability of JCLJ infrared powder asphalt mixture increases by 9.52%,and residual marshall stability of the mixture increases by 3.67%, compared with common asphalt mixture. The results indicate that the mixture doesn’t decrease normal road performance of asphalt mixture.The paper analyzes that influence of reducing heat storage asphalt mixture effect on urban heat island effect with theory. Computing model is given. The paper figure out that JCLJ infrared powder asphalt pavement can lower the temperature of the surface layer atmosphere by 3.03℃, which reveals cooling mechanism of this mixture.
