【摘要】 本文主要介绍在我国质检行业飞速发展、质检机构协作不断加强的背景下质检业务流程系统的应用设计,并以长春市质检院质检业务流程管理系统为代表,给出了质检业务流程挂历系统的设计与实现。质检业务流程管理系统是长春市质检院业务处理的重要系统之一。在委托检验业务已成为质检机构提升服务质量和争揽业务的重要手段前提下,针对委托检验业务衍生的操作及政策管理风险,该系统实现了检验业务的科学管理,为长春市质检院业务的健康发展提供了有效的技术保障。本文主要介绍了长春市质检院业务管理系统的开发背景、设计思想,首先对系统进行了详细的需求分析,其次系统进行了总体设计,介绍了系统功能模块的设计和数据库的设计,总结了系统的技术要点,详细介绍了系统的各项功能实现并详细说明,最后对系统的研制和应用实施进行了总结。本文重点说明了系统的总体规划、设计和功能实现过程,介绍了系统的定位、设计原则和各模块之间的关系,详细介绍了质检业务流程系统各项业务模块功能的实现及详细设计,并对系统的应用实施方面进行了相应的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid development of China economics,the people pay much attention to the quality of products.The international inspection market will influence the China inspection market,after China entering the WTO, The famous international inspection group will enter the China inspection market,then which will face more intensive competition.Our quality inspection agency will demand more function of quality inspection business management system,including rapidly adapt to the change of market and demand of business, continuously improving and perfecting the function of relative system.Facing the advanced technical abroad,it is urgent for our inspection institutions to improve the electronic and informational technical in the field of business management,and realize the in-depth development of inspection information,in order to enhance the competition capacity of our country inspection institutions in t international field.To enoughly play the function of inspection information in the side of improving inspection capacity,guaranteeing inspection safty,regulating market economy,enhancing recognized and certification management and standard management,strengthening law enforcement and Foreign trade services, Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau adapt the needs of market,exploit the business process management system.Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau Business Process Management System is an important part for inspection the work ,which relates to the most of the fields of our inspection work,including supervision and check randomly,regular supervision,regular check,consignment,ect.The design of Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau Business Process Management System is according to the management mode,that is clear division of labour,centralized management,centralized operation.The system is an important tool for inspection business,setting business operation,report management,standard management,information collection in one.The development of this system satisfied the business needs of Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau.Though the utilization of this system,we can normalize the business process and business management,resolve the problem of inspection results and information collection,improve the rate of business operation.We can utilize this modern method to create a electronic management platform,through which building a solid foundation for Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau to participating the international competition.The management of Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau will be the more rationalization,the more scientific,thus enhancing the competition capacity and Sustainable development capacity.This article mainly introduce the development background and design purpose of Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau Business Process Management System,explain the each function of the system and detailed design,in the end summary the technical points and application.The first of all,we briefly descript the service demand for the system,analyze the business function,and analyze business needs comprehensively and objectively raised by business department.On the foundation of comprehending service department′s needs adequately,we research the general and special characteristics of service functions,then conclude the demand points,design and explain the each function needed by system,providing the needs analysis for the next planning and design. In the area of design,this article mainly describes the design plan and location.We propose the clearly planning purpose on the basis of knowing and analyzing business needs well,saving cost,controlling exploiting resource.Through the explanation of this article,we can result that this system is general to supervision field,thus definite the basic position of system,construct function module and design plan.According to the needs analysis,the article introduce the design proposal, including sample management,department management,standard management, checking reports management,statistical query,sprint module,and explain that the system core element is unique for sample marking.The key point to implement the system is carry out the function of sample management,department management, standard management,checking reports management,statistical query,sprint module.The principles of design includes simple and clearly system,standard and typical of process,considering the expanding of service,utilizing the design of public module,improving the repeatability of process,decreasing the work of exploiting code.The whole design consists of several parts,those are system outline,principle of design,design of function module and database design.Then,we summary the technical points of this system,explaining the key points of developing platform,source code management,development regime,statistical query design,data management after expanding and so on.This article detailed introduced the realization of system functions according to the module functions.The process of system management consists of sample management,department management,standard management,checking reports management,statistical query, print module.In the part of realization of system function,we firstly introduced the conception of system business,secondly explained the process of realization of every module′s function.We described how to deal with inspection service,inspection data,inspection reports management in every department of inspection institution,then forming a series of complete business management system.Otherwise,we summaried the development process of business process management system.We describe the course of development from preparation, application to guaranteeing stable operation,and research the prospective of utilization.Facing the market needs,utilization of the system will play the globe Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau′s superiority and potential.With the help of strengthened efficiency and widespread customers,we can accelerate the inspection business,enhance the comprehensive competition capacity.Beside,the article explain the part of function perfecting,reflect the normal and advanced exploiting minds,providing the guarantee for the realization of the system.Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau Business Process Management System was exploited in the condition that to adapting the rapid development of inspection and strengthening cooperation.The system is the important quality system part of Changchun Product Quality Supervision Bureau,which is in the leading position in native inspection fields.Through the analysis and summary of this system in this article,which mainly included design plan,composition of function and summary of technical points,we offered more learn and reference for the inspection business development in the future.更多还原
