基于主断面力学特性的车身简化模型的建立

【摘要】 本文以ANSA软件为主要前处理分析工具,MSC.NASTRAN软件为主要分析平台,对一款白车身有限元模型作为研究对象,并在车型的有限元模型上截取白车身主断面图,通过分析计算获得相关主断面的力学特性数据,利用获得的白车身主断面力学特性,选取相应的单元类型构建相关车型的简化模型,确立参数化简化模型的构建流程,建立简化模型。通过对白车身的有限元细化模型和简化模型进行扭转刚度和弯曲刚度验证分析,对简化模型进行了验证,探讨简化模型在车身结构概念设计阶段的可行性,本文对概念设计阶段车身主断面力学特性的探讨分析为以后进一步深入研究奠定了基础。本文未对车身的安全性等性能进行分析和验证。

【Abstract】 In the body structure design, divided into traditional and modern design of the body.As the main design method of car body structure, cross section design includes structural characteristic design and geometric dimension design. The characteristics of crucial cross section have a significant influence on BIW’(sBody in White)stiffness, which is an important indication of vehicle’s design reliability and safety. Therefore, it is very meaningful to analyze based on the characteristics of cross section. This article will establish the method of cross section’s division and analysis, and then create the simple parametric FE (Finite Element) model with the help of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE). The ultimate FE analysis result will provide the foundation to the car body structural design. And carries on the confirmation using the experiment to it, proves its feasibility, has provided the reference basis for the automobile body structure simplification design.this article will use ANSA as the preprocessing tool and MSC.NASTRAN as the analysis platform to study the following aspects:(1)First , select the white body finite element model for the study, the body of the vehicle and the finite element model on the interception of the main body in white sections, was calculated by analyzing the relevant section of the main characteristics of the mechanical data;(2)And then use the ANSA software and computing analysis of the features section - Cross Section Tool module, the introduction of the mechanical properties of cross-section based on the concept of the development of the main body divided into sections, analysis, specification of the calculation method of access to the main body of a cross-section map and Their mechanical properties, after the text for further modeling and analysis of the stiffness of the foundation.(3)At the same time, introduced the body finite element analysis model to simplify the structure of the process to establish a model in the process of a number of principles, methods, and so on, on this basis, the model will be refined to simplify the model, the structure of the body to simplify the finite element analysis Model and has done a number of the corresponding amendment to establish a framework for the body structure model for the text after further simplify the verification analysis model preparation.(4)To introduce body finite element model of the body stiffness simulated analysis, which includes a simplified model with the model Refining the analysis of the process; At the same time, introduced the body stiffness analysis of the test to verify the process. In the end, two different analysis results were compared, the results from the selected model to determine the accuracy of the detailed model, but also from another angle by the detailed description of the model established by simplifying the framework of a viable model .(5)This article has not carried on the analysis to the body’s performance of collision,.The analysis based on the characteristics of cross section in this article will laid the foundation of the further study.
