XXX(重庆)通讯企业经营业务调整方案设计

【摘要】 随着高新技术在通讯领域的大规模运用,伴随网络技术的发展、电脑产品技术概念植入到通讯产品中,通讯产品已经不再是简单的通话功能。随着以互联网为核心的信息技术的发展,以网络化、数字化、多媒体化和智能化为代表的现代信息技术,正在改变人们传统的生活、学习和工作方式,影响教育的内容与方法。通讯革命与信息技术进步产生的融合强力影响并刺激通讯、电信、网络企业在经营管理、技术创新方面进行变革,能否适应这种变革将是决定一个企业发展的关键因素。本文围绕XXX(重庆)通讯有限公司面临通讯市场竞争中遇到的困难、困惑进行分析和研究,分析公司目前存在的劣势和优势,结合总公司发展战略进行规划和设计,将制造服务业务引进到重庆,将公司定位为服务和制造的通讯企业,改变现在产品单一、缺少技术含量、属于缺乏竞争组装类通讯企业的现状,成功实现公司经营业务调整和战略转移,将公司引入新的起点并创造辉煌,同时该分析方法也可以为其他企业进行业务调整和战略转移提供案例性参考。

【Abstract】 As the application of high-tech communications in the field of large-scale, communication products is no longer a simple function call, accompanied by the development of network technology and the concept of computer technology into products and telecommunications products. Along with the development of information technology which is the core of the Internet, modem information, the representative of network, digital, multimedia and intelligent as technology, is changing the traditional way of life、the methods of studying and working and affecting education content and methods.The revolution of communication and the development of information technology together influence and drive the enterprises on communication, telecommunication and network to optimize their management and technologic innovation. The adaptation to these changes is a key point that influences the development of a company.This essay studies and analyses the barriers and the baffles that our Chongqing telecom company encounters in the competitions of communication market. It analyses the merits and demerits of the company and adopt complementary measures according to the strategies of the head company. We will introduce two new product—after service and IPTV terminal production into Chongqing, making our company a communicational enterprise that provides both service and production. Therefore, the singularity, lack of technical content and competition assembles of the communication companies can be changed, to succeed in the transformation of the business and strategy, leading the company to a new start and a new high. Meanwhile, this analytical method also provides feasible reference to other enterprises in their business adjustment and strategical transformation.
