混合料料仓料位在线监测系统的研制

【摘要】 工业生产中经常需要对料仓料位进行实时准确测量,国内外提出了多种测量方法,FMCW雷达测距作为一种非接触式的测量方式不受被测固体形态的限制,在高温、高压、强腐蚀、高粉尘的恶劣环境下也能准确测距。本文以国内某大型钢铁集团炼铁厂混合料料仓为具体对象,分析了FMCW雷达测距原理,研究了面向对象技术、数据库技术、软件工程,结合飞速发展的计算机网络技术研制出了一套实用的混合料料仓料位在线监测系统。本系统具有两大主要功能:(1)系统对混合料料仓料位进行在线实时监测,并能在实时监测的同时实现数据采集、数据传输、分析处理、组态设置、声光报警等功能。(2)系统具有数据管理与分析功能,趋势分析可以实现一天内各测点的料位数据回放,报表管理具有报表形成及网络化报表访问的功能。本文讨论了料位监测的现状和发展趋势及在线监测分析技术。通过对FMCW雷达回波信号的分析研究,在软件中采用多种信号过滤处理方法,抑制虚假回波引起的突变,提高料位监测精度。研究了数据库ADO访问接口的性能,建立了层次化结构,根据数据库应用系统的开发流程,重点讨论了系统框架,串口通信技术及各信号监测分析模块的具体设计。本系统经过现场的实际应用,系统各项功能得到了检验,其先进性和可靠性得到验证,体现出其准确性性和灵活性,达到预期设计目的,并得到了用户的好评。

【Abstract】 Real-time accurate material location measuring is often needed in industrial production, many kinds of measure methods have been proposed both at home and abroad. FMCW radar gauging is a non-contact measure method and not restricted by solid structures, even working in high-temperature, high-pressure, high-dust and corrosive environment an accurate gauging result can be got. This paper regards mixture warehouses of a domestic steel plant as the concrete target, analyzes the FMCW radar gauging principles and studies the methods of object-oriented technique, database technique and software modularization in details. A set of practical mixture warehouse level on-line monitoring system is developed with the rapid development of computer network technology.The system includes two main functions: (1) This on-line system monitors the level of mixture warehouses real-timely, at the same time realizes functions of data collection, data analysis, data transport, series of parameters setting, sound and light alarm etc.(2) This on-line system includes functions of data administration and data analysis. Trend analysis can repeat every warehouse’s data of a whole day. Report administration includes functions of report forms engendering and report forms accessing through network.This paper discusses the material level monitoring developing status and trend, studies on-line monitoring and analysis technologies. Through the analysis of FMCW radar echo signals, using a variety of signal filtering approaches in software, mutations caused by false echoes are suppressed in order to improved the accuracy of gauging. The performance of ADO which a mode access to the database is studied and a class-level structure is set up. According to the development flow of database application systems, the system framework, modules of serial communication and each signal monitoring and analysis modules are emphasized.Since the testing running of the system, every function has been verified. It satisfies the desire of users so gets some praise.
