【摘要】 近年来,随着以技术和通讯为特征的全球经济改革的推进知识经济时代逐渐到来,接受高等教育越来越成为公众的基本需求,到20世纪末我国高等教育进入了一个主要以高校合并重组、高校扩招和大学城建设为主要特征的崭新的发展时期。大学城建设热潮在中国出现有独特的历史和现实原因,从根本上看中国是一个人口大国,随着公众对接受高等教育需求强度的加大,连续几年的高校扩招使高校发展在规模上受到严重制约,急需寻找新的发展模式来实现规模经济发展。从经济理论角度看,大学城功能发挥的关键问题是大学城内各高校办学资源的共享程度,即“集聚理论”认为集群的优势就在于它能够增强不同机构、主体之间的资源互补性,有利于创新,有利于信息交流、积累、传递与扩散,能够节约成本、节约费用进而提高生产效率。我国目前关于大学城的理论研究还比较缺乏,不足于从理论上给大学城资源共享以支持。另外,由大学城集聚效应发挥带来的高等教育发展也将促进当地经济发展。本文针拟分为七部分来进行论述:第一部分是整个课题的前言部分,主要论述本课题的研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、研究方法、研究内容、文章框架、课题研究可能具有的创新与不足之处。第二部分主要是对国内外关于大学城的演变历程以及研究的综述,主要包括国内、国外关于大学城的研究成果。第三部分主要是对大学城基本情况的概述,主要包括大学城的含义、特点、性质、大学城的制度创新之处、大学城的经济理论基础以及我国大学城的主要模式。第四部分主要是对大学城集聚经济效应面临的问题及对策的阐述,主要包括大学城资源共享的含义、优势、有效性以及资源共享过程中所面临的困难,并且针对所提的困难提出了大学城共享办学资源、发挥集聚经济效应的对策与建议。第五部分主要是对大学城集聚经济效应带来的区域经济发展进行论述,包括大学城与区域经济联动发展的经济基础,大学城建设过程中高校、城市与企业之间的关系,大学城建设对区域经济发展的积极、消极影响以及避免消极影响的对策。第六部分主要通过对重庆大学城的办学资源共享现状和区域经济拉动的实证研究来对文章论点进行论证,主要包罗重庆大学城的基本现状、办学资源共享现状以及对地方经济发展拉动的实证分析。第七章是对整篇文章的总结以及对我国大学城发展前景的展望。更多还原
