氧化沟工艺经济溶解氧水平探索与研究

【摘要】 本文是在课题组已有的研究基础上,利用微生物能量动力学方程与比耗氧速率建立联系,并通过理论分析及实际分析,论证了经济溶解氧浓度存在的可能性。并通过模型试验及现场试验对经济溶解氧进行了验证以及对反应器处于经济溶解氧下的运行效果进行了分析。本文首先根据微生物能量动力学方程式得出了比耗氧速率变化方程式:该方程式给出了好氧速率变化范围的概念,为曝气设备的调节范围的选择提供了理论上的依据,证明了最优溶解氧浓度的存在。同时提出了经济氧传递系数K La`与经济溶解氧浓度的概念,并论证了经济溶解氧浓度存在的可能性。建立了氧化沟模型试验,探讨了经济氧传递系数对于氧化沟反应系统的应用,提供了一套指导氧化沟污水处理厂节能运行的简便方法,并进一步从试验角度验证了经济溶解氧浓度的存在。进行间歇反应实验,对比系统在经济溶解氧浓度下与其他溶解氧浓度下的运行效果,得出了经济溶解氧浓度是保证碳源去除及氨氮氧化效果的最低溶解氧浓度,并且对污泥的生长情况进了的检测与论证。以贵州省某氧化沟污水处理厂运行调试为契机,在其调试过程中,运用了本文提出的研究成果,并在污水处理厂实际运行的条件下对经济溶解氧的实际效果进行了检验,并针对污泥增长量大的问题,进行了经济分析。研究表明:氧化沟污水处理工艺在好氧区把溶解氧浓度维持在经济溶解氧浓度时,是能够保证污水处理厂稳定、可靠运行的,并且在泥龄短,剩余污泥产生量大的情况下,依然能带来一定的经济效益。因此,研究得出的结论是能够指导氧化沟工艺的污水处理厂节能运行及指导工艺设计的。

【Abstract】 Based on the existent research production of the task group, this article demonstrate the possibility that the economical DO is existent or not through the relationship betweet microbe’s energy metabolism kinetics equation and SOUR, the academic analyse and the practical analyse. The article prove the existing of economical DO through the test model and plant, and demonstrate the function effect of the reactor under the economical DO at the same time.This article draws a relationship betweet microbe’s energy metabolism kinetics equation and SOUR,and the change equation can be expressed as follow firstly:This equation afford the conception that SOUR have a fluctuant range ,and can afford the gist in theory that the aeration apparatus can be choosed through the fluctuant range. The equation can prove that the optimization DO is existent at the same time. therefore this article afford the conceptions of economical oxygen transfer coefficient ( K La’) and economical DO, demonstrate the possibility that the economical DO is existent or not at the same time.Established a model to experiment and discussed the economical DO to application of the reaction system of Oxidation Ditch. This article afford a simple method to directe the function of wastewater treatment plants, At the same time the possibility that the economical DO is existent was proved form the other hand.An intermittent experiment was done. Contrasting the running effect under economical DO and other DO, we can draw a conclusion that the economical DO is the lowest DO to insure the effect of wipping off COD and NH4+-N. At the same time this article demonstrate the growth of MLSS.There have a chance of move test of a wastewater treatment plant in Guizhou province. In the course of test, this article use the research production, and the economical DO is test in the wastewater treatment plant to find out the practical effect. At the same time the economy analyse is carried to study the expenses change that MLSS increase too much. The study indicate that the economical DO can ensure that the system of Oxidation Ditch run steadily and reliably when the DO of the oxygen part is the economical DO. Moreover it can bring much economy benefit when the system of Oxidation Ditch produce the more sullage because of the lower DO.Therefore,the conclusion of study can directe the energy saving of Oxidation Ditch and the technics designing.
