【摘要】 人工成本是一个国家、地区、企业在劳动力市场上竞争能力的综合体现,是现代企业取得市场竞争优势的最活跃因素。建筑业是典型的劳动密集型行业,我国很多建筑企业都没有意识到人工成本的重要性,以前甚至现在还以廉价劳动力为其主要优势,但是随着经济的发展和社会福利保障制度的完善,人工成本不断上涨,这种优势将逐渐丧失,建立在廉价劳工成本的竞争策略已经不可能再持续。在新的市场经济环境下要求建筑企业把握人工成本的现状和发展趋势,加强对人工成本的管理和控制,发挥其最大的效用。本文就是在此基础上,研究建筑业人工成本现状以及对建筑业的影响,并对建筑业人工成本管理提出对策和建议。首先,本文对人工成本的概念和构成进行了阐述,并介绍了人工成本管理的概念,以及国内外研究现状;其次,从当前我国建筑行业的人工工资水平、社会保障、人工费比重等角度详细阐述了建筑行业人工成本现状以及必然上涨的趋势,并就人工成本上涨对建筑业所带来的影响作了分析;然后再从劳动力市场供需状况、国家经济持续发展、国家对劳动者权益保护的加强以及建筑行业特点等方面,分析了我国建筑人工成本不断上涨的影响因素;最后本文针对当前人工成本的现状以及上涨对建筑业的影响提出了对策和建议。本文以定性与定量分析相结合,以理论分析作为本文坚实的依据,以建筑业需要为目标,在人工成本上涨的大趋势下,希望该研究能够服务于建筑企业,并为建筑业的发展贡献力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Labor costs which in a nation, a region, or an enterprise reflect the comprehensive competitiveness in the labor market, it is the most active factor to obtain competitive advantage in the market. The construction industry is a typical labor-intensive industry, many Chinese construction enterprise does not realize the significance of the labor costs, they still take cheap labor as main advantage even previously now, but the labor costs go up with the development of the economy and the public welfare ensure system’s, they will lose their advantage, the strategy base on the cheap labor has been impossible to continue. Construction enterprise should grasp the status quo and development trend of the labor costs under the environment in the new market economy, enhance the labor costs administration and control, bring maximal efficacy into play. On this basis, this article Studies the construction industry labor costs current situation and the effect to construction industry, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to construction industry labor costs management.First of all, this article describe the concept and formation of labor costs, introduce the concept of labor cost management and the current research situation at home and abroad; Secondly, describe the current situation and rising trend of labor costs in detail from the angel of wage level, social security and the proportion of labor costs, then analysis the impaction of rising costs to construction industry; Thirdly, analysis the factors which cause the labor costs go up from the angel of labor market supply and demand,The sustainable development of economic, the protection of the rights and interests of workers and other characteristics of the construction industry; finally, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions specifically for labor costs current situation and the effect of rising labor costs bring to construction industry.This article based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, use the theoretical analysis as a solid basis, to meet the needs of the construction enterprises. It is hoped that the study can serve the construction enterprises, and contribute to the development of the construction industry in the rising trend of labor costs.更多还原
