【摘要】 论文的研究是以当前我国西部地区经济社会快速发展与城镇化战略研究策略为背景,针对西南地区流域可持续发展、生态环境保护与人居环境建设等重大课题所进行的流域开发建设与自然生态保护策略研究。是国家自然科学基金资助项目“西南地区流域开发与人居环境建设研究”的组成部分之一。第一章为导论,是全文的理论部分,通过对现实和理论背景的分析,诠释本次研究的必要性,拟定本次研究的范围、重点与逻辑框架。第二章是对现状背景与特征的总结。系统的分析了西南地区各流域的自然资源、资源开发建设现状、以及流域的生态特征。强调西南地区流域生态环境已面临巨大挑战。第三章是生态问题剖析部分,揭示西南地区流域凸现的生态问题,以及问题集中的典型地区,并且对问题产生的原因提出剖析,指出农林体系建设引导与控制缺乏;河流的保护措施与方法缺位;以及流域城市规划缺乏合理指导是其问题产生的根源所在。第四章与第五章是策略部分。首先,通过对流域农林体系,河流廊道的生态建设,构建西南地区流域区域层面人居环境自然生态格局;再次,以流域城镇空间层面为研究对象,从城市总体布局、城市绿地系统规划、城市河流规划整治、以及工矿区的生态建设四方面内容入手,提出西南地区流域城镇空间层面人居环境生态建设规划策略。第六章是结论部分,主要对本文的得失做出客观总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research papers on China’s western region for the rapid development of economic and social and strategic studies of urbanization strategy background, focus on major task undertaken by the development of the basin and the natural ecology Protection Strategy Study, as sustainable development of Southwest Valley area, protection of the ecological environment, habitat and environmental construction, and so on. It is one of the components of the National Natural Science foundation-funded projects——" Southwest Valley Habitat Development and Construction of the habitat environment".The first chapter is introduction, which is the full text of the theoretical part, through the analysis of practical and theoretical background, to interpret the necessity of this study and formulate the scope, focus and logical framework of the research.Chapter II is the summary of the status quo background and characteristics. It systematic analyzed the southwestern region of the basin’s natural resources, resources development and construction of the status quo, and ecological characteristics of the basin. Stressed southwest valley ecological environment has been facing enormous challenges.Chapter III is the analysis of the ecological problems, revealed the highlight ecological problems of southwestern region of the basin and issues on the typical areas, and the cause of the problem by analysis, pointing out that agriculture, forestry, construction system lack of guide and control; river protection measures and methods missing; and the lack of a reasonable guide to river basin and urban planning is the real source of the problem.Chapter IV and Chapter V is part of strategy. First of all, through the construction of river basin of agriculture forestry systems and the ecological river corridor to build the natural ecological pattern of habitat environment of southwest Valley regional dimension; secondly, on the research of the valley towns of space, started with the content from four areas: the overall layout of cities, green space system planning, river regulation planning and ecological construction of mining areas, bring forward the living environment ecological construction planning strategy in southwestern region of space at valley town.
