【摘要】 “电力多经”依附于电力主业而产生,依附性的发展使“电力多经”烙上了显著的辅业特征:没有独立经营;其产业围绕电力主业多元化发展,资产规模大,没有形成核心产业;没有形成核心竞争能力,在这样环境下,多经企业如何把握机遇,规避风险,是特殊时期电力多经企业面临的主要难题。重庆永能集团作为一个依附于电力企业发展起来的企业,同样面临着其他“电力多经”企业的许多共同问题。在“主辅分开”后的市场竞争中如何生存和发展,是公司当前面临的最为迫切的问题。此时,唯有制定合适的发展战略,坚定一致的方向,企业才可走出一条适合自身的发展之路。论文从阐述选题背景及研究意义入手,分析了目前电力多经改革的现状,明确了论文的研究思路、目的和内容。在介绍委托代理、公司治理理论和母合优势理论后,利用PEST分析法、波士顿矩阵、SWOT分析法等战略管理工具,对重庆永能集团所面临的宏观环境、内部优劣势、业务现状及其发展进行了分析,指出了重庆永能集团公司所存在的主要问题和初步解决思路;提出了以“发展制造业、提升电安业、稳定食品业、收缩建材业”为战略发展思路,以多元化产业整合为手段,逐步建立以涉电行业为核心,以电器设备制造和电力安装、设计为重点业务的战略控制型母合公司,构建了重庆永能集团发展战略。最后,论文进一步分析了重庆永能集团发展战略的实施情况,指明战略实施的前提和基础,提出了实施四大产业战略的策略与目标、措施与方法。论文希望通过对重庆永能集团发展战略的分析、选择和实施的研究,能够指导集团公司培育适应市场竞争的核心业务及竞争优势,完成由辅助业务向主营业务的战略转变,为公司在“主辅分离”之后的生存和发展找到一条合适的道路。同时,也希望为电力企业主辅分离政策制定者及“电力多经”企业决策者提供参考,为电力系统的“电力多经”企业的自主发展、产业升级、资产优化、培育核心产业,提升核心竞争力的产业发展思路提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electric enterprise diversified economy is dependent on the development of electric power industry, such dependence of the development of the electricity power mint-companies led to the tracks significant secondary characteristics. such as no independent operators, on the electric power industry of its main business diversification, although large assets but has not formed a core industry, and lack core competitiveness. In such circumstances, how enterprises grasp the opportunity to avoid risks, and this is a special period of electric power enterprise diversification of the main problems faced.Chongqingyongneng group depend on the development of the power enterprises enterprises, which is also facing many common problems of electric power enterprise diversification. How to competition in the market to survive and develop after "Primary and Secondary separate",which is currently facing the most pressing issue. At this point, the only way to develop an appropriate development strategy, the direction of the same firm, to embark on a business suited to their own development path.This paper on topics from the background and significance of paper analyzes the current reform of the electricity by more than the status, clearly a thesis research ideas, purpose and content. This paper presented in the agency, corporate governance theory and the theory on the advantages of a home, using PEST analysis, the Boston matrix, SWOT analysis tools such as strategic management. The paper pointed out that the existence of the company’s main issues and preliminary ideas, presents the company involved installation of electricity, electrical manufacturing, cement, brewing condiment four strategic ideas of the development of the industry, construction of the Group’s development strategy. Paper put forward a "development of the manufacturing industry, upgrade the electrical industry, stability of the food industry, contraction materials industry" as a strategic development ideas, a diversified industrial integration as a means for gradually establish a power industry as the core, electrical equipment manufacturers and power installation , designed to focus on business strategies for the mother-controlled companies, also constructed the development strategy of ChongqingYongneng Group.Finally, the thesis analysis of the implementation of the Chongqingyongneng development strategy, implementation of the strategy specified the prerequisite and basis for the implementation of the four major industries to the strategy and strategic goals, measures and methods. This paper also hope that the development strategies adopted by the Group of the analysis, selection and implementation of the study can guide the company adapt to the market competition nurturing the core business and competitive edge completed by the auxiliary operations to the main business strategy changes, to find a suitable road for survival and development.
