PLC在水电厂机组现地控制单元改造中的应用研究

【摘要】 可编程序控制器(Programmable logic controller)是综合了计算机技术、自动控制技术和通信技术的通用自动控制装置。它具有功能强、可靠性高、使用灵活方便、易于编程及适宜于工业环境下应用等一系列优点。在国内外,PLC产品在工业控制领域的使用十分普遍。近年来,随着国内电力体制改革的深入,为适应电力系统自动化水平整体发展的要求,电厂自动化水平要求有相应的提高。电厂自动化的各项指标和监控系统的性能密切相关。而监控系统中,机组LCU装置是重要组成部分,该部分性能的稳定与否又将直接影响监控系统性能。本文首先对国内外水电厂监控系统及LCU装置的发展过程进行了综述,在总结现有研究成果的基础上,结合葛洲坝二江电厂LCU装置的改造要求,确立了用可编程序控制器代替原来的工控机与单板机的改造方案。然后结合硬件及软件的功能要求及设计原则,对新LCU装置的硬件体系及软件体系进行了设计。硬件体系设计包括装置各功能器件的选型、装置结构设计、装置与外围设备通讯方式的确立。软件体系设计包括硬件组态、网络组态、数据库规划与创建、数据处理功能实现、控制功能实现及触摸屏画面编辑。设计完成后,对LCU装置进行了调试与运行。调试与运行的结果表明,将PLC应用于机组LCU装置的改造是可行的,新LCU装置能满足改造的各项功能需求。这一改造成果为电厂自动化水平的提高奠定了基础,在电厂减人增效的改革中发挥了巨大的作用。

【Abstract】 PLC(Programmable logic controller) is a kind of automatic control system which contains the technology of computer, automation and communication. It has the advantage of multiple function, high reliability, flexibility and simple program making. It has already been used in industry control field in domestic and aboard for years. Now, with the development of power system of our country, power plants are taking methods to raise their automation level to meet the requirements, the key point is to raise the level of CSCS(computer supervision and control system), and the main part of it relies on the function of LCU(local control unit).Firstly, this paper reviews the history and trend of CSCS and LCU(local control unit) for hydropower plant both at home and aboard. A new, PLC type LCU for the Second Channal Branch of GeZhouBa Hydropower Plant is developed according to the innovation inquirements of LCU.Then, according to related rules, hardware system design and software system design of the new LCU are described in detail. Hardware system design includes hardware type selection, hardware structure configuration and communication realization of LCU and other devices. Software system design includes hardware configuration, network configuration, data- base building, program making, and touch screen diagram making.After design, LCU is put into field tests and operation. The result of the tests and operation demonstrate that the application of PLC in Hydro Power Plant’s LCU innovation is reasonable. The new LCU can meet the requirements of the innovation. The innovation has raised the automation level of the Hydropower Plant, and has contributed much to its high efficiency management.
