川东北气矿企业安全文化建设与综合评价体系研究

【摘要】 企业安全文化建设是企业文化建设重要组成部分,是一个优秀企业适应市场经济发展和参与国际竞争不可缺少的建设内容。本论文以《川东北气矿企业安全文化建设与综合评价体系研究》项目为依托,全面系统的分析和研究了川东北气矿(以下简称“气矿”)安全文化的建设体系、建设模式和综合评价方法,对气矿的安全文化建设、气矿的安全生产和气矿的安全管理具有实际的指导意义。本文主要开展的工作:①分析了国内外优秀企业安全文化建设的特点,明确了本论文研究的意义、研究内容和研究方法。②在论述了川东北气矿基本概况的基础上,分析了川东北气矿安全文化建设的现状;同时,分析了客观自然环境和管理环境的影响,指出了目前川东北气矿在安全文化建设中存在的问题。③明确了川东北气矿安全文化的定义、气矿安全文化的内涵和气矿安全文化与气矿文化的关系,分析了气矿安全文化的特征、气矿安全文化建设的特点、气矿安全文化建设的作用。④开展了川东北气矿安全文化建设体系研究,确定了气矿安全文化建设的结构模式和气矿安全文化建设的基本原则;提出了气矿安全文化建设的手段。⑤开展了川东北气矿安全文化建设的模式研究,主要从气矿安全意识文化模式建设、气矿安全文化宣传模式建设、气矿安全教育模式建设、气矿安全管理制度文化模式建设、气矿安全科技文化模式建设、气矿安全文化竞赛活动模式建设、气矿安全文化专题活动模式建设、气矿安全文化状态检查模式建设、气矿安全文化技能实练模式建设、气矿安全科技文化研讨报告模式建设、气矿安全评价激励模式建设方面开展了研究,提出了具体的气矿安全文化建设的11类模式。⑥采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法,对气矿安全文化建设的综合评价方法进行了研究。确定了气矿安全文化建设评价因素;构建了气矿安全文化建设综合评价指标体系;建立了气矿安全文化建设模糊综合评价模型;并结合案例,进行了气矿安全文化建设模糊综合评价的定量分析。
【Abstract】 Corporation safety culture building was an important part of corporation culture, as well as a indispensability construction content for a corporation to adapt the market economy development and take part in the international competition. This paper based on the project of“Research on Integrated Assessment System and Safety Culture Building for Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corporation”, analyzed and researched building system and mode and integration evaluate method of safety culture for Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp. It has actual guidance meaning of safety culture building and safety production and management to Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp.The main conclusions in this paper are as follows:①Analyzed the characteristic of safety culture building of excellent enterprise home and abroad, and made sure the meaning and the measure and the content of research in this paper.②On the basis of essence situation of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp , analyzed the actuality of safety culture building of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp; and analyzed the effect factor of the circumjacent circumstance for safety culture building of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp, and pointed out the problem in the building of safety culture building of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp.③Made sure the define and the meaning of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp, and analyzed the relation with Corporation safety culture and Corporation culture, as well as analyzed the characteristic and the peculiarity and the function of safety culture building of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp.④Pointed out the building system and the configuration mode and the principia and the means of safety culture building for chuandongbei natural gas corp.⑤Pointed out the eleven modes of safety culture building of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp. Such as Construction mode in safety consciousness culture and Construction mode in safety propagandize culture and Construction mode in safety education culture and Construction mode in safety management system culture and Construction mode in safety science and technology culture and Construction mode in safety culture competition activity and Construction mode in safety culture dissertation activity and Construction mode in safety culture state examine and Construction mode in safety skill exercitation and Construction mode in safety culture enter into report and Construction mode in safety estimate prompting of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp.⑥AHP and Fuzzy integrated assessment method are introduced to research on the integrated assessment method of safety culture building of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp. Made sure the evaluate factor of safety culture building of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp, and constructed the integrated assessment index system and the fuzzy integrated assessment model of safety culture building of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp, and analyzed the fuzzy integrated assessment of safety culture building of Chuandongbei Natural Gas Corp.
