楼地面保温隔声砂浆性能研究

【摘要】 在经济快速发展的条件下,能源问题突显出来,成为制约发展的重要因素,因此建筑节能已成为世界性潮流。而城市化和生活水平的提高亦使噪声污染提上日常议程。其中,由于建筑物楼地面隔绝固体撞击声太差而引起大量邻里纠纷。固体撞击声隔声问题成为一个急待解决的问题。本文以EPS保温砂浆为基础,研究开发了兼具保温和隔声性能的楼地面保温隔声砂浆。本文在保证EPS保温砂浆工作性能的基础上,选择漂珠、废旧橡胶粉等几种隔声材料分别掺入到保温砂浆中,考察其对EPS保温砂浆性能的影响。分别采用不同EPS颗粒及不同粒径废旧橡胶粉进行对比试验。选择各类材料的最佳掺量配制出综合砂浆,测试其性能并与实际工程应用砂浆进行对比。本文确定了保温隔声砂浆的基本配方。研究分析了漂珠和废旧橡胶粉对保温砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,砂浆物理力学性能有少许降低,但砂浆的隔声性能有较大提升;轻集料采用再生EPS颗粒时砂浆性价比较高;不同粒径废旧橡胶粉对砂浆性能影响较小;砂浆厚度越大,其撞击声隔声性能就越好。在再生EPS保温砂浆中加入废旧橡胶粉和漂珠,配制出具有良好性能的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,抗压强度0.33MPa,压剪粘结强度0.19MPa,线性收缩率0.25%,体积吸水率4.88%,导热系数0.069W/m·K,撞击声隔声单值评价量65.0dB。对其综合性能和工程应用性进行了研究分析。

【Abstract】 Under the conditions of rapid economic development,Energy issues highlighted as an important factor restricting the development, Therefore building energy efficiency has become a worldwide trend. But urbanized and living standard’s enhancement also causes the noise pollution to propose the daily agenda. Meanwhile, housing floor residential solid percussive acoustic isolation and poor performance caused a lot of disputes. Impact Sound Insulation between the floors become a major issue addressed as a matter of urgency. Based on the basis of EPS insulation mortar, a research and development of both insulation and acoustic properties of the ground floor, acoustic insulation mortar.Based on the assurances EPS insulation mortar work on the basis of performance, Select floating beads, used tire rubber powder several acoustic insulation materials were incorporation to the mortar, Inspection of its EPS insulation properties of mortar. EPS were different and different size particles of waste rubber powder comparison test. Choose the best content of all types of materials to comprehensive mortar preparation, testing their performance and practical application mortar comparison.This paper identified the basic mortar acoustic insulation formula. Study of floating beads and tire rubber powder insulation properties of mortar. The results showed that the mortar physical and mechanical properties are somewhat lower, but the acoustic properties of mortar larger upgrade; Light-weight use of renewable EPS particles when mortar cost-effective; Different size of the mortar used rubber powder performance of smaller, the greater thickness of mortar, hit acoustic performance, the better. Mortar renewable EPS insulation to add floating beads and tire rubber powder, Prepared to have good performance of the ground floor, acoustic insulation mortar, compressive strength of 0.33 MPa, pressure-shear bond strength of 0.19 MPa, linear shrinkage rate of 0.25%, 4.88% volume of water absorption, thermal conductivity of 0.069 W / m ? K, percussive acoustic noise-evaluation of the Single-value of 65.0 dB. Its comprehensive performance and application of a research and analysis.
