【摘要】 追求企业经济效益始终贯彻于每一个企业的生存和发展史中,一个好的软件系统的实施就是凭借其科学化、规范化、系统化、易操作的工作流程来提高其工作效率从而达到追求企业最大经济效益这一最终目标,并且,一个好的软件系统的实施应为管理层制订具有前瞻性的企业发展规划带来科学依据。在现代的房地产市场越来越复杂化,管理越来越信息化的今天,如何管理好日常的数据变得越来越重要了。现代的房地产市场不仅包含新房,还包括二手房地产市场两部分,所以对数据的分类就显得越来越重要了。在以前的房地产中介公司,由于没有形成一套成熟的管理流程,对数据的管理相当的混乱,特别是查询以前的一些录入信息及售出信息时,效率相对来说很低,顾客不但要等待很长的时间,而且还加重了员工的工作负担。面对这样的局面,随着房地产市场的不断成熟,竞争的加剧,越来越需要一个成熟的工具来管理这些数据,提高效率,促进企业的不断壮大就显得重要了。房产中介管理信息系统是一个面向房产中介服务的企业管理软件,该软件针对房产中介服务商(企业)提供了一整套科学的房产中介服务管理流程。本系统是以××公司房产中介管理信息系统开发为背景,在开发的过程中始终贯彻以“提高企业经济效益”为中心,坚持“稳定、安全、便捷、美观”软件开发八字方针,并融入了CRM观念,有效地实现了房源管理信息,为企业的发展壮大提供了强有力的管理工具。本系统实现了对房地产相关数据的录入、查询、删除及修改等相关功能,实现了管理的规范化、系统的安全性控制以及数据的有效处理;本系统是基于JSP的网页式设计,企业可以通过一台服务器与多台客户机相连接,即B/S模式,通过一台服务器来存储相关的数据及备份,后台数据库则采用MYSQL。在Web系统设计中,随着业务逻辑的越来越复杂,如何提高Web系统的执行效率、可复用性、可扩展性、可维护性,降低构建和维护成本,一直是业界普遍关注的焦点。最近几年来,基于可重用的FrameWork技术逐渐成为业界研究和应用的新趋势。其中,Craig McClanahan提出的Jakarta Struts FrameWork,将目前最流行的两种Server端技术—JSP和Servlet集合在一起,实现了MVC架构,提供了一种快速高效的构建Web应用程序的方法。本系统就是基于最新STRUTS技术开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pursue enterprise economic efficiency implements throughout in each enterprise’s survival and the history, a good software system implementation is relies on the work flow which its scientific style, the standardization, the systematization, is easy to operate to enhance its working efficiency thus to achieve pursue enterprise biggest economic efficiency this ultimate objective. And, a good software system implementation should have foresightedness for the management level making enterprise to develop the plan to bring the scientific basis.Nowadays, the market of real estate is becoming more and more complex. With the rapid development of management system of information , management of daily data, on the other hand, is becoming more and more important. Modern real estate market includes market of newly built buildings and seconded market. In the pact, most of the estate agents were unable to deal with the data effectively without an efficient system of management .Problems, such as failing to find the useful date days or years before, or data of old customers, are particularly, serious, what’s worse, due to the lack of an effective system of management, customers have to wait for a longtime and the work load of workers in this field is also very heavy. Being faced with this situation, a kind of new system, which is helpful and able to work effectively, is badly needed."Real estate Broker Management system management system" is face the real estate intermediary service business information software; This software (enterprise) has provided the one whole set science real estate intermediary service management flow in view of the real estate intermediary service business. Taking the system development of an intermediary real estate company as the background, this software throughout implements in the development process take "enhances the enterprise economic efficiency" as a center, persisted "stable, safe, convenient, is artistic" the software development caret shaped policy, and incorporate the CRM idea, effectively has realized the customer relations management, grew strong for the enterprise has provided the powerful management tool.With this new system, people are able to input, search ,amend and delete individual data easily. To sum up, this management of this new system is standard, safe and effective.This system is according to JSP web page type design, the business enterprise can connect with each other with several customer’s machine through a server, namely B/S mode, pass a server to saving related data and backup.Backstage database adoption MYSQL.During web system design,as more and more complex the business becomes,people is always focusing on how to enhance the system’s efficiency,reusable ability,extensible ability and reduce the cost of system.In the past few years,one of the research and develop trends of the field is reuse-based framework technology. One of them is the Jakarta Struts,which was conceived by Craig McClanahan, combining two of the most popular server-side Java technologies—JSPs and servlets—into a server-side implementation of the Model-View-Controller design pattern.
