【摘要】 高清晰度数字电视取代标准清晰度电视是一个必然的趋势。作为高清晰度数字电视节目制作的重要组成部分,高清电视转播的应用也越来越多,在近年来国际大型转播中,高清转播已成为主流,2008年北京奥运会首次全部采用高清转播,如何利用这一契机,提高我国的高清转播系统技术制作水平,研究相关关键技术,已经成为摆在电视技术人员面前的一项重要课题。论文根据本台的实际情况和2009年在山东举办的全国运动会电视转播,以及北京奥运会电视转播的要求,设计出了一套高清转播系统(包括一辆高清电视转播车和一辆数字音频车)的整体解决方案,并予以实施。在此基础上,提出了一个高清测试方案,并给出了系统分析与测试的结果。本人参与了整个项目的全过程,丰要负责系统总体设计、高清数字视频制作系统、杜比5.1音频制作系统及系统测试等。其中本人设计和实施了高标清兼容的数字视频制作系统,采用高标清混切方案,首次在国内大型转播车上采用高标清自适应数字切换和格式融合技术,可实现高标清同时输入、高标清同时输出和高标清同步切换的功能,省去了上下变换,解决了系统延时问题,实现了高标清兼容。国内首创,在转播车上应用纯高清多画面大屏显示系统,率先采用了3台EVS高清慢动作服务器和IP工作站组成的大型慢动作服务器网络。论文设计和实施了完全的5.1环绕声音频制作和监听系统,采用Dolby E(杜比E音频编码)编码传输,高清电视转播车和5.1(5.1环绕声)数字音频车可实现级联使用,该系统的建成,在技术层面上使山东电视台的节目制作水平得到了较大的提高,适应了山东电视台大型电视转播的需要。在这其中高清电视转播系统设计、高清数字视频技术、5.1音频制作和传输技术、高清视频测量技术是其中比较重要的,也是本项目研究的重点。本文提出的高清电视转播系统设计适于在我国目前的转播系统中推广,可以完成国际大型节目的电视转播任务。该系统通用性较强、可靠性较高,各方面完全符合有关技术标准,便于维护和升级,具有良好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compare with standard definition TV, high definition TV has 16:9 aspect, enhanced definition, enlarged color region, stereo or circle stereo which make TV better infectivity .It is a certain trend for HD(High definition)TV to displace SD(standard definition )TV. As a part of HD TV program system, the application of HD relay is more and more. IN lately international broadcasting relay, HD relay become mainstream. The 2008 Olympics in Beijing will adopt HD relay entirely. It is important task for TV engineer to use the chance to improve our HD relay level and study key technology.First, the text summarize HD relay’ history and status, and analyses HD relay system’ key technology, expatiate the standard of HD relay. Then Base on fact of our TV station, the request of The 2008 Olympics in Beijing and The 2009 national games in Shan Dong, we scheme out a resolve project of Shan dong TV station HD relay system, and bring into effect.After this work, a project of HD relay system testing is brought forward, and brought into effect. Shan dong TV station HD relay system hew to BOB (Beijing Olympics Broadcasting) HD OB VANS Specifications, insure satisfy the technical request of BOB. All HD relay system’ coding format is 1080i/1920 50 (SMPTE 292 HD SDI).This system has many characteristics as follows:First use HD/SD adaptive switcher in HD OB VANS, in interiorly input HD and SD signal Simultaneity, Outputting HD and SD signal Simultaneity, Using FORMAT fusion technology to reduce down/ up converter, Solving the problem of system delay and HD/SD compatible, Audio system can produce Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround audio, use Dolby E technology to transmit Dolby Digital 5.1.The establishment of this system improves the program producing level of Shan dong TV station. HD relay system design, HD digital video technology, 5.1 Surround audio producing and transmitting technology, and HD-SDI measure technology is emphases of my study.This system has high dependability, according with standard, easy maintenance and upgrade, favorable application foreground.更多还原
