RFID技术在军事装备维修保养中的应用

【摘要】 随着军事变革的开展,随着军队现代化信息化进程的加快,现代战争对于军队的要求越来越高,相应的对于军队装备管理的要求也越来越高。新的作战方式需要新的后勤保障与之相适应,过去那种制表式的装备维修保障方式已经无法适应现代化战争快速、高效的要求,强烈要求一种全新的维修管理模式来取代现行的模式。RFID无线射频识别技术从诞生发展到现在RFID技术已经日趋成熟和标准化,RFID标签具有体积小容量大,寿命长,可重复使用等特点,支持快速读写、非可视识别、移动识别、多目标识别、定位及长期跟踪管理。RFID技术与互联网、通讯等技术相结合,可实现全球范围内的物品跟踪与信息共享。RFID技术被广泛应用于物流、制造、公共信息服务等行业,大幅提高了管理与运作效率,降低了成本。如何将RFID技术与军事装备维修管理相结合,并且将其系统化、平常化,迅速转化为战斗力是一件非常有意义的事情。本课题研究的是RFID技术在军事装备维修保养中的应用。主要讨论了基于RFID技术的军事装备维修管理系统的开发与设计。通过该系统可以实现待修装备的入库信息更记(包括入库时间、入库送交人、送交单位、期望交货时间等)、待维修设备的信息(包括出厂日期、配发时间、配发单位、负责人以及维修历史记录)、维修记录信息(包括维修时间、故障现象、故障原因、维修内容、维修责任人)的增加与更改、已修装备的出库管理等过程的自动化管理。利用超高频(900M)RFID的远距离非接触读写特性,可以使这些操作的过程变得简单易行。该系统的使用必将为提高我军的装备维修效率,降低维修成本带来好处。本文对超高频(900M)RFID技术在军事装备维修管理系统中的应用作了全面探讨,主要从几个方面开展了研究工作。(1)对课题的背景和意义进行了简要介绍,提出论文的研究内容和预期达到的目标。(2)根据RFID装备维修保养系统的要求,对本系统的硬件设备选型,在硬件RFID读写器的选型上选择了深圳先施公司生产的Sense-1830一体化读写器。在电子标签的选择上仍然采用的是,深圳先施公司设计生产的超高频电子标签。以此为基础构成了本系统地硬件平台。(3)利用Virual C++的编程技术,实现了读写器读写API函数调用,实现了对读写器的读写访问。(4)以Microsoft公司的Access数据库为基础,对系统的数据库进行了设计,分析了系统的数据表以及表间关系。并Virual C++的ADO的数据库访问技术实现了对该数据库的连接和访问编程。利用可视化编程技术实现了界面友好的管理系统软件。(5)最后对于RFID技术中的碰撞问题,安全访问问题进行了研究。分析了本系统中使用的防冲突算法设计和安全加密算法的设计问题。本论文所研究的课题对RFID在装备维修中的应用作了有意义的尝试,但离真正的实用尚有一定的距离,本文的总结与展望部分分析了这些不足之处并对下一步的工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of the military affair revolution,with the speeding up of the army’s modern informatization process,the requirements of the military equipments is higher and higher.The new combat style needs new adaptive logistics support.The past tabling style of equipments maintaining and managing mode is not competent the fast and potent requirement of the modern warfare any more.A new maintaining and managing mode is strongly needed to take place the mode used now.Radio Frequency Identification Technology(RFID) has got into people’s attention,which becomes more mature and standardized now than the generation time.The label of RFID is small but with large capacity and long life.It can be reused for many times.It supports fast reading and writing and can bc recognized in the non-visual and mobile conditions.Besides,it supports target identification, location tracking and long-term management.This technology can achieve a global tracking of goods and information sharing by harmonizing with the Internet, telecommunications and other technology.The application of RFID technique in physical distribution,manufacturing and public information service etc.will raise the efficiency of management and operation and reduce costs.As the new technique is always used in the military,the question of how to combine the RFID technique and military equipments maintaining and managing,and how to systematizc and normalize it into fighting strength is researched by every country.This essay is talked about the application of RFID in the maintenance and repair of military equipment.It’s mainly about how we use the technology of RFID to build the military maintenance and repair system,to monitor the military equipment,and to query and update the information at any time.The system can add or delete automatically the information of equipment that need to be repaired(such as when to entry,who to be responsible,which plant to take charge,expected time of accomplishment and so on),the record of repair(including when to repair,the problem,the reason,how to repair,who to response and so on),and management of equipments that have been repaired.We make use of the RFID to read or write in a distance,which makes the operation easier.This can lower the consumption of weapons and equipment and the costs of maintenance.The essay is completely talked about the application of RFID in the maintenance and repair of military equipment.Studying the system mainly from several parts below:(1) Introducing briefly the background and significance of the topic,and giving the contest for the researching and expected goal of the paper(2) According to the request of the maintaining and managing system for the RFID,in which selection for the hardware device is required,we choose the Sense-1830 integrative Reader on the selection of RFID reader,and UHD electric tag,both produced by Shenzhen Xianshi company.On this foundation,we build the hardware base for the system.(3) With the help of the Virtual c++,the usage of API and operation of the reader are both managed.(4) On the base of Access database,we designed the system database,and analyzed the relation among the datasheet.What’s more,AD0 of Virual c++ and VPL make them true which are connection to the database and management software for the system.(5) In the end,we analyzed the designation of arithmetic to resolve the problem of conflict and security. The essay is a meaningful attempt to the application of RFID in the maintenance and repair of military equipment.But it’s still far away from the application.So there are the analyses and expectation in the essay.
