【摘要】 随着现代企业生产经营方式的变革和市场外部条件的变化以及电子商务的蓬勃发展,企业物流体系建设正在引起我国企业界和理论界人士的重视和关注,一种更为安全、可靠、低成本和高效率的物流运行方式和服务将成为制造业的一种必然选择。本文是在对中国重汽卡车公司生产物流流程进行深入、细致的调研后,运用物流管理和内控理论,主要从生产物流流程设计与管理和挂单式生产两方面进行深入分析,采用高新技术对原有生产物流流程进行再造,将有效的资源进行整合,加快流通现代化,降低物流成本,提高效率,逐步实现生产物流合理化目标,提高企业市场竞争力。生产物流是制造企业物流的核心部分,本文在对卡车公司生产物流流程再造过程中,针对目前存在的业务流程不畅、管理制度体系不全、业务目标与风险不明、岗位权责与控制点不清等问题症结进行分析,全面展开物流系统化工艺提升工程,以内控理论规范各项业务流程,逐步实施新型物流管理模式,改造成为以市场为中心的(实行挂单式生产),以一线通信息化管理系统支持的,以零库存为目标的,适合卡车公司挂单式生产需要的现代化生产物流管理流程。快速、高效的生产物流管理体系既能充分利用企业资源又能最大程度地满足客户需要。本文的研究,不但可以使卡车公司生产物流系统风险降低,物料配送准确、及时、高效,对卡车公司生产物流系统管理具有实际指导意义,而且其研究思路和方法也对其他存在类似问题的制造业提供了现实的教材,对其进行生产物流流程再造也有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with transformation of modern enterprise production and management mode, change of marketplace external condition and flourish development of electronic commerce, building the enterprise logistics system is bringing the recognition and attention of enterprise and theoretic person of my country, a safer, more reliable, low-cost and high-efficient logistics mode and service become the necessary choice of manufacturer.After in-depth and carefully research into the production and logistics system of SINOTRUK Jinan truck company, with logistics management and inner control theory, the paper deepening analyzes two aspects which is mainly from production and logistics process design and management and pending order production, reforges original production and logistics system with high and new technology, integrates effective resource, speeds circulation modernization, reduces logistics cost, improves efficiency, achieves the objectives of production and logistics rationalization step by step, improves enterprise marketplace competition.The production and logistics is the core part of manufacturing enterprise logistics, the paper analyzes the existent problem sticking point at present such as business circulation not smooth, management system not complete, business target and risk unclear, station responsibility and reference point unclear and so on, completely carry the upgrade engineering of logistics system technology, instruct every business circulation with inner control theory, bring into effect the new pattern logistics management mode step by step, reforges the production and logistics of SINOTRUK Jinan truck company into modern production and logistics management circulation of centering on marketplace (pending order production), supporting by yixiantong informationization management system, taking zero stock as target, suitable to production of Truck company pending order.Rapid、high-effective production and logistics management system not only can make full use of enterprise resource , but also can maximally satisfy customer’s requirement.
