数字化变电站小电流接地故障选线方案设计

【摘要】 当前我国3~66kV电网广泛采用小电流接地方式,此方式下的单相接地故障一般占总故障的80%以上。多年来研究人员提出了多种选线方法,这些方法的核心是通过研究简化的系统模型寻找故障特征,确定选线判据。目前很多算法和原理已经达到商用,单独的硬件装置或者软件方法都在现场得到广泛应用。但是大多数的选线装置或软件都无法达到完全的正确率;与此同时,某些选线率相对较高的装置造价也相对较高。近几年,在我国电力体制改革推进的基础上,电力网发展迅速,特别是计算机技术和通信网络技术的快速发展,使变电站自动化技术进入了数字化、微机化的新阶段。数字化变电站概念已经炙手可热,数字化变电站的建设也已经被逐步实现。数字化变电站中,一次侧的模拟量、开关量的输入和二次侧控制量的输出都相较传统变电站自动化系统有很大变化,无论是数据传送的媒介、方式还是传输数据的精度,都在本质上有了极大的改进。目前,世界上和国内已经有不少的数字化变电站投入运行。新型的保护、测控装置和部分自动装置也已经进入实际应用阶段。在数字化变电站快速发展的大趋势下,面向数字化变电站的小电流接地选线装置也必然在不久的将来成为现实。数字化变电站具备很多传统变电站自动化无法实现的优势,在此基础上,新型的小电流接地选线装置将更容易达到实现更高的选线正确率。本文将从硬件和软件方面阐述面向数字化变电站的小电流接地选线的实现。

【Abstract】 The low current grounding is widely used in 3 ~ 66k V electricpower grids in China. And more than 80% of the earth faults are caused by single-phase grounding. Researchers have proposed a variety of fault feeder selection methods in the past many years, and all the methodologies are based on the simplified model system to find fault characteristics and then to identify fault feeder selection criterion. At present, many principles and algorithms have been used in business, and hardware devices or software packages have been running in different substations. However, the correctness rate is still not high enough and the result is very dissatisfied yet. Some of the higher correctness rate is realized by the high cost of the device. In recent years, with the electric power system reform, the electricity power grid has been developing very rapidly. With the help of computer technology and communication network technology development, substation automation technology has been in a new stage. Digital substation has been a hot concept for several years, and gradually more and more digital substations are being built. In a digital substation, the analogue and binary inputs from the primary side and the control out from the secondary side are very different from that of a traditional substation automation system. The medium, mode and final accuracy of the data transmission are all improved very much. At present, there have been numerous operating digital substations both in China and other countries. The new-style protection relays, monitoring and control devices and lEDs have entered the stage of practical application at the same time. Then, the new-type device for single-phase earth fault feeder selection to be used in a digital substation is inevitable also. A digital substation has more advantages than a traditional substation so that higher correctness rat for earth fault line selection can be achieved more easily. This paper will describe the realization of selecting the single phase earth fault feeder in a Digital Substation.
