武钢工业港原料码头物流非均衡性预警系统研究

【摘要】 武钢工业港原料码头是保证武钢生产顺利进行的重要环节。近年来,武钢工业港矿石需求量大幅增加,其原料码头的利用率也逐年提高。随着工业港技改项目逐步投产,工业港码头的生产能力有较大幅度的提升,但由于矿石物流组织存在非均衡性,对武钢工业港原料码头物流系统各工序生产能力发挥有较大影响。主要的影响是工业港物流系统生产的总体不均衡,导致某些子系统生产负荷不均衡,工业港码头通过能力出现瓶颈。为了解决影响武钢工业港原料码头物流系统非均衡性的问题,有关专家已经采用一些方法,对武钢工业港原料码头物流系统进行优化,提出相应的解决方案。本文在前人研究的基础上,以基于仿真技术建立武钢工业港原料物流非均衡性预警系统的思路,对武钢工业港原料码头物流系统进行深入研究,发现问题,找出问题的原因,并提出解决问题的方法。本文主要从六大部分展开论述:第一部分,阐述了课题研究的目的和意义,并对国内外的研究情况做简要介绍;第二部分,分析了武钢工业港原料码头物流系统现状及特征,主要从武钢工业港原料码头物流系统组成、随机性和运营指标三方面进行分析研究;第三部分,对武钢工业港原料码头物流非均衡性预警系统进行设计;第四部分,利用仿真技术对武钢工业港原料码头物流系统建模,应用Arena仿真软件,制定仿真模型参数及作业规则,并实现仿真试验;第五部分,武钢工业港原料码头物流非均衡性预警系统实例应用;第六部分,提出武钢工业港原料码头物流系统优化的有关建议,就本课题所做的研究工作,以及今后研究的发展方向进行简要的叙述。本文基于仿真技术的基础上,对武钢工业港原料码头物流非均衡性进行分析研究,并利用仿真技术开发物流非均衡性预警系统,对港口码头物流的均衡研究提供一些思路和方法。

【Abstract】 The raw materials terminal of WISCO (Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation) industrial port is an important part which guarantees WISCO produce smoothly. In recent years, the ore demand of WISCO industrial port increases rapidly and the utilization ratio of raw materials terminal improves progressively. With some technology-rebuilt projects put into production day by day, the throughput of raw materials terminal increases greatly. Because of the unbalance of ore logistics organization, the logistics system of raw materials terminal can not exert its function completely. The main effect is the overall unbalance of logistics production, which leads to serious load of certain sub-systems production. Whereas, the low utilization rate of sub-systems production cannot achieve the effective use.In order to solve the unbalance of logistics system, the concerned experts have already adopted some methods to optimize the logistics system of raw materials terminal of WISCO industrial port and propose the corresponding solutions. On the base of predecessors’ foundation and logistics non-balance warning system based on simulation technology, the paper conducts deep research for logistics system of the raw materials terminal of WISCO industrial port, finds the problems, discovers the reasons and proposes solutions to problems. This article launches the elaboration from six major parts:Firstly, the paper presents the goal and significance, and makes a simple introduction of the general study situation in China and other countries. Secondly, it analyses the present situation and characteristics of the logistics system of the raw materials terminal of WISCO industrial port, which includes three aspects: logistics system composition, random and operation target. Thirdly, it carries on the design of logistics non-balance warning system of the raw materials terminal of WISCO industrial port. Fourthly, based on simulation technology, it sets up the model for the logistics system of the raw materials terminal, which makes use of simulation software Arena, formulates model parameters and the work rules, and realizes the simulation test. Fifthly, it uses the logistics non-balance warning system of the raw materials terminal of WISCO industrial port. Sixthly, it puts forward some suggestions to optimize the logistics system of raw materials terminal of WISCO industrial port. Finally, the paper makes a brief summary of the study, as well as the developing orientation of the study.The paper conducts the research of unbalance logistics of the raw materials terminal of WISCO industrial port and develops the logistics non-balance warning system based on simulation technology, which provides some ideas and methods for the coordination and balance study of port logistics.
