【摘要】 本论文将从东软信息学院创业案例研究入手,通过对大学生创业者以及创业案例的收集、整理,了解并积累大学生创业过程的真实状况的个案资料,展示当前大学生创业的实际状况,分析影响大学生创新能力、创业能力培养的社会因素,探讨创业教育的理论基础。研究软信息学院创办的大学生创业实训中心对大学生成功创业的作用。探索大学生自主创业的规律,探索和实验大学生创业教育的模式,构筑大学生自主创业的支持体系。本文逻辑框架如下:首先,介绍东软信息学院创办大学生创业实训中心(Student Office & Venture Office,简称SOVO)的背景、目的及意义。并对其研究思路及模式进行必要的说明。其次,对选定的大学生创业个案进行研究。剖析大学生的创业动机、创业成功的个人因素以及外部条件支持等。最后,通过东软信息学院SOVO构建的仿真企业环境,对大学生创业出现的问题进行了规避和提高。发挥了理论指导实践的作用;系统总结个案研究的几点结论,提出对待大学生创业的正确态度以及创业教育是学校素质教育、创新教育的深入和具体化。本论文的创新工作在于:对东软信息学院大学生创业的实际案例及过程中出现的问题进行讨论。重点分析东软信息学院SOVO对大学生创业所发挥的具体作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper will start from the venture cases of Neusoft Institute of Information. By collecting the cases of venture, it will learn and accumulate the real cases during the processing of college students venture. It will also present the real situation of college students venture, analyze the social factors which influence the innovate abilities of college students, and discuss the theoretical basis of entrepreneurship education. Furthermore, the paper will research the function of SOVO in college students venture. It also explored the laws of college students venture, searched for and experiment the pattern of entrepreneurship education, and constructed the supporting systems of college students venture.The framework of this paper as follows:First, Introduce the background, purpose and significant of Neusoft Institute of Information starting Students Office & Venture Office (SOVO). Illustrate its researching ideas and pattern.Second, Research the selected cases of college students venture. Analyze the motives of college students venture, the individual factors and external supporting conditions of successful venture, etc.Finally, Avoid the problems during the processing of college students venture by applying the simulation business environment which was constructed by Neusoft Institute of Information. These theories have played a guiding role in practice. Systematic summarize some conclusions in cases researching. Present the correct attitude to deal with college students venture and the view that entrepreneurship education is the in-depth and concrete of quality education and innovative education.The innovative point of this paper: It discussed the problems which were caused during the processing of college students venture. Analyze the specific role that SOVO of Nensoft Institute of Information played in college students venture.更多还原
