高校潜在课程的女性主义透视

【摘要】 中国正面临着社会的急剧变迁,高等教育的迅猛发展。在这一社会背景下,高等教育系统内外存在着诸多问题和困惑。本研究基于女性主义的视角来分析和思考高等教育中的潜在课程问题,以期在高等教育发展中主动地做出相应的调整和适应。当今女性主义思想对人类和社会的贡献之一就是对传统教育现象的反思与批判,通过对传统知识和科学的批判,以自己独特的角度和思维方式来审视和分析教育中的男性中心思想和意识,提出女性主义自身对教育独有的观点、看法和主张,努力改革传统教育理论体系。本研究主要采用文献研究、质的研究等研究方法,以华中科技大学的女研究生作为自己的访谈对象,以高校潜在课程作为自己考察和研究的主要内容,通过女性主义视角来重新审视高等教育的本质特征,检视学校实体环境、课堂教学、论文指导和就业竞争中教育工作者对于不同性别的教育对象所采取的基本态度和方法,揭示当今潜在课程中女性问题研究和实践中的性别忽视,呼吁人们重视教育公平,以消除教育领域中的性别不平等。最后,研究提出了相应的对策和建议,积极开发性别教育校本课程,营造良好的校园文化环境等,将性别平等意识渗透于高等教育中来确保女性利益得到保障,以促进高等教育中两性的和谐发展。

【Abstract】 China is in the period of rapid social change and the rapid development of higher education. Within the background, many problems exist in the higher education, the thesis analyses and thinks about hidden curriculum in the perspective of feminism. That is, it examines current higher education and aims to adapt to the development of higher education positively.One of the contributions of modern feminism is its critique and reconsidering on traditional education. Feminists examine and analyze the male-centered ideas in education from their own thinking. And they put forward opinions and suggestions to change traditional educational system.The thesis makes use of literature and qualitative research methods. The subjects are female graduates in Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The research aims at hidden curriculum in higher institutions. In view of feminism the thesis reexamines the essence of higher education and scrutinizes hidden curriculum shown in physical environment, teaching in class, thesis instruction and job hunting, such as the attitudes of faculties to female and male students. It discloses female problems and lack of gender in practice in hidden curriculum. The thesis calls on educational equity and asks to get rid of gender unfairness in education. In the end, the thesis offers some countermeasures, such as creating comfortable campus cultural environment, improving mutual communication between teachers and students, disclosing hidden curriculum, and strengthening job-hunting instruction. So it can spread gender equity over higher education to ensure females’benefits and the harmonious development of female and male.
