胶带输送机智能化保护控制系统的研究

【摘要】 胶带输送机是有牵引件的连续运输设备,它是现代输送系统最重要的一个环节,广泛应用于燃运、冶金、选矿、化工等领域。在各种输送系统中,对于胶带机的保护尤为重要。目前,九江石化电厂胶带机输煤系统存在自动化、智能化程度低,保护措施不健全等问题,基于此,本文研究设计了胶带输送机智能化保护系统。本文主要从检测和监控两部分展开研究。检测部分为自行开发的智能仪表,仪表的核心采用TI公司的低功耗单片机MSP430F149,主要负责对现场各个胶带牵引电机的电压、电流和胶带速度等参数进行检测,其中胶带的速度调整采用模糊控制算法,使胶带的运行速度始终保持在允许的范围内,一旦超出设定值自动联锁停机保护;监控部分采用界面友好的组态王6.51开发,具有信号采集、故障报警、报表自动生成及打印和帮助系统等功能,能对各种监控参数进行动态管理和控制,满足了用户的需求。仪表软件部分用C语言开发,编制了模糊算法,整体结构采用模块化结构编程,可以方便系统功能的增减。采用亚当模块的协议和基于RS485总线的数据传输,实现了智能仪表与上位机的通信功能。研究应用结果表明,该保护系统提高了整个燃运系统的智能化程度,确保电厂生产的稳定与安全,各项功能都达到了设计要求。同时,研究设计的系统以其使用灵活、人机界面友好等特点赢得了用户的认可。此外,该研究成果还对其它工程有参考意义,研发成功的智能化保护仪表也具有很大的应用推广价值。

【Abstract】 Belt conveyor is a transportation equipment with continuous of traction pieces. It is the most important aspect of the modern transportation system, which is widely used in fuel transport, metallurgy, mineral separation, chemical industry and other fields. It is important to protect belt conveyors of burning coal transport in various transportation systems. At present, there is no highly automatic, intelligent or sound protection measure in the belt conveyors transmission coal system of Jiujiang Petrochemical power plant. For this reason, a sort of intelligent protection system for belt conveyors is designed in this thesis.The system is mainly composed of two parts: that is the detecting part and the monitoring part. The detecting part is an intelligent instrument made by the author and his partners, and the core of intelligent instrument is made up of low power MCU MSP430F149 of TI Corp, which is mainly responsible for collecting voltage, current, and belt speed and other parameters of the traction motors. In addition, the belt speed is regulated by fuzzy control algorithm so that it remains within the scope permitted. Once it goes beyond the set value, the motor will be stopped to protect the belt. The monitoring part is designed with kingview6.51 with its friendly interface. Its functions include signal collection, fault alarm, automatic report generation and printing, and a help system etc, which enable it to dynamically manage and control all monitoring parameters so as to meet the needs of users. The meter software is developed with C language and fuzzy algorithm. Its whole structure is programmed with module so that the system functions can be conveniently increased or decreased. The communications between intelligent instrument and PC is made possible with ADAM module’s protocol and based on RS485 bus.The application has proved that the protection system can improve intelligent degree of the whole burning coal transport and ensure stability and security of the power plant, and that all its functions have met the design requirements. The system won the user’s satisfaction and recognition with its flexible operation and friendly user-computer interface. In addition, the system is of some reference significance to other projects and there is a bright market for the successfully developed intelligent instrument.
