基于LabVIEW的船舶电站实时监控系统研究

【摘要】 虚拟仪器技术与计算机技术紧密结合,正逐步渗透到船舶电站自动化领域,它采用计算机开发体系结构取代传统的单机测量仪器,在以计算机为核心的硬件平台上,由用户设计仪器仪表并定义其功能,满足实际监控系统的需求,实现普通仪器的全部功能以及一些在普通仪器上无法实现的功能。根据船舶设计和教学实验需要,本文基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台,设计了一种船舶电站实时监控系统。该系统采用工控机和单片机两级控制模式,通过Modbus通信协议实现两级之间的实时通信,完成对船舶电站柴油发电机组的现场监控,给出了监控系统的具体实施方案,并详细讨论了船舶电站实时监控程序的编制要点。基于LabVIEW的船舶电站实时监控系统在船舶电站实验室进行了实机调试,成功地实现了对两套船用柴油发电机组的现场监控,系统运行稳定、可靠,监控功能完善,界面友好,可视性强。这种基于LabVIEW将工控机与单片机有机结合的方法,易于实现,是一种开发智能化图形监控设备的有效途径,该方法在现代舰船电站智能控制设计中具有实际应用价值。该系统的设计开发不仅为船舶与海洋学科本科教学提供了实验平台,而且能够很方便地移植到其它实际应用系统,具有广泛的应用价值。

【Abstract】 The close combination of virtual instrument technology and the computer science gradually finds itself in the automation area of the ships power station. Using the computer development architecture instead of traditional single metering instrument, and on the hardware platform in which computer is the core, users design instruments and meters and define their functions, which satisfies the need of real time monitoring system and not only realizes all the functions of ordinary instrument but some that cannot be achieved by common instruments as well.According to the requirement of ship design and teaching experiments, a real time monitoring system of ship power station was designed based on LabVIEW. This system applied both industrial control computer and single chip as two control parts, and realized the real time communication between them by Modbus protocol while achieving the field monitoring of the diesel engines of the ship power station. A specific practicing structure of the monitoring system was presented, and the key points of the monitoring program were also discussed in detail.The monitoring system of ship power station based on LabVIEW has been tested in the laboratory of ship power station, and it successfully realized the field monitoring of the two diesel generating set. The stable system has advantages of a friendly interface between users and the computer, complete functions and great visual effect. The method combing industrial control computer and single chip based on LabVIEW gives an effective way in the developing of intellectual graphic monitoring instrument, and it has practical values in the design of intellectual control of the modern ship power stations. The design of this system offers experiment platform for undergraduates of specialty in ship and ocean science, and it has general and practical values in the design of other similar application system.
