【摘要】 数字媒体产业的发展对给社会带来了前所未有的变革。国内现有的数字媒体研究成果多为技术创新、产业布局和经营机制等方面的宏观阐释,鲜有对区域数字媒体产业发展的微观剖析。对典型区域数字媒体产业发展状况进行调查,考察其给当地社会的整体发展带来的影响,可为进一步引导和促进数字媒体产业的发展提供翔实的借鉴。作为科技和文化大省湖北省县级中等发达地区,咸安区数字媒体产业发展的状况具有一定的典型性。基于此,本文首先勾勒出咸安区经济社会概况,然后分别对数字广播电视、互联网和电信三大产业系统考察,分析当地的数字媒体产业发展的政策背景、总体规模、产权关系以及运营状况,最后具体介绍了数字媒体传播给当地带来的社会经济效益。综合田野调查的情况,文章指出咸安数字媒体产业在规模发展、产权改革、模式创新和社会效益等方面取得了显著的成绩,体现出了强大的社会推动力。然而,县域数字媒体产业作为一项新兴产业,仍然处于粗放性发展阶段,亟待进一步完善行业发展机制。另外,数字媒体产业作为区域经济社会的重要组成部分,同区域的社会变迁和经济发展息息相关,需要被地方政府纳入长期发展规划当中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of digital media industry had brought society profound changes. Most research results published inland expatiated on Technology innovation, Industry arrangement and management system in macrocosm, few analyzed Digital Media Industry of a district in microcosm. Virtually, investigating the development Digital Media Industry in a representative district, observing and studying its affect on local society, will supply a positive reference to its evolution.As a middling county of Hubei province, Xian’ an district has an typical digital media industry. Based on this, this paper outlines the general situation on economic and social profile of Xian’ an District, and then on digital broadcast television, Internet and telecommunications industry is investigated, analysis the background of the development of the digital media industry, the overall size, and the relationship between ownership and operating conditions, the details of the digital media to bring social and economic benefits. The paper, via a field-work, points that the county-scale digital media industries in the development, property rights reform,model innovation and social benefit has been making significant achievements, demonstrated a powerful social force. However, the county digital media as a burgeoning industry, is still in the extensive development stage, and needs further improvement on mechanism .In addition, as an important component of regional economic community, the digital media industry are closely related with the region’s social changes and economic, and a long-term development plan needs to be incorporated into by local government.更多还原
