【摘要】 PLM(产品全生命周期管理)的理念在国外已比较成熟,但如何结合企业的实际需求和现实基础将PLM的理念引入到企业产品全生命周期的数据管理过程中去,是目前国内制造业信息化建设以及PLM技术研究与实施迫切需要解决的问题。本文以国内某大型发动机制造企业(CCEC)PLM开发与实施项目为背景,针对企业需求,研究并开发了CCEC-PLM产品结构与配置管理系统,并在企业得到成功的应用。本文的主要研究内容如下:1、从计算机软硬件配置、辅助设计工具及企业现有信息系统三个方面介绍了CCEC-PLM的项目背景和企业信息化现状,对CCEC-PLM产品结构与配置管理从BOM管理、产品配置管理、产品结构变更和系统集成四个角度进行了深入的需求分析。2、结合企业对BOM管理的需求,提出了由设计BOM、工艺BOM、制造BOM三种BOM视图相互转换的多BOM视图管理机制。并设计了零部件对象的业务模型和数据模型以及三种BOM视图的业务模型和数据模型。3、构建了基于企业需求的产品型谱管理业务模型,并在此模型之上,设计了基于需求的二级产品配置流程。设计了参与配置流程的所有重要对象的功能模型和数据模型。4、结合Webservices和智能客户端技术,构建了基于智能客户端、Webservices技术以及全组件技术的CCEC-PLM体系架构,论述了该架构的设计理念以及关键实现技术。5、成功实现了CCEC-PLM产品结构与配置管理系统,阐述了系统运行的软硬件配置环境,并用若干系统运行实例验证了本文所建立的业务模型和对象数据模型的正确性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 PLM (product lifecycle management) is a mature concept in foreign countries.But,how to import this concept into the process of whole lifecycle product data management meeting the actual needs of an enterprise,is the key problem that we have to solve in the background of constructing the domestic information technology industry and researching of the PLM technology.In the paper,aiming at the actual needs of an enterprise,a PLM product structure and configuration management system is designed and constructed,which is now applying in an engine company successfully.The main content of the paper is as follows:1)The introduction of the background of CCEC-PLM item,and an embedded analysis towards the product structure and configuration management and PLM framework.2)Aiming at the needs of the enterprise, a control mechanism in the form of shifting the BOM views among designing BOM、manufacturing BOM and technics BOM is lodged.Data models of the part object and the BOM are designed.3)A business model of the pruduct family management and a multi-configuration process based on the enterprise needs are lodged. Functional object model and data model of all the objects in the configuration process are designed.4)A PLM structure based on the smart client technology and web services technology is designed.The thesis and key technology of this PLM structure is disccussed.5)A CCEC-PLM product structure and configuration management system is constructed successfully.The vadility of the business models and data models has been verified based on some examples of using the system.更多还原
