【摘要】 本论文研究的是汽车开发中的项目管理问题。在汽车行业竞争日益激烈的今天,项目管理是汽车制造活动中的重要性日益突出,本课题的研究为中国汽车企业完善管理,提高整体竞争力,在项目管理上尽快与国际接轨提供了借鉴。本文从项目管理基本理论出发,分析了汽车开发过程中项目管理的核心内容,以及项目管理在国内外汽车企业中的应用,通过对神龙汽车公司项目管理的实例分析,指出在项目管理方面存在的问题和不足,并提供改进措施和方向。本文首先分析了项目管理的基本特征,主要内容和组织形式,以及项目管理的实施过程。通过9个知识领域在项目启动,计划,执行,控制和收尾等5个过程中的应用分析阐明了汽车项目管理的核心内容。然后详细分析了神龙公司在汽车开发过程中的项目组织特点,以爱丽舍车型的设计开发过程为例子,介绍了平台管理模式在项目组织中的应用和工作方式,以及对期限、质量、成本三大项目目标的控制方法,着重介绍了立标会管理方法及在生产实践中的应用。最后从战略研究、产品设计、信息管理、供应体系等方面分析了神龙公司在项目管理中的不足及改进建议,提出了未来汽车开发项目管理的设想。通过全文论述,阐明了作者自己的具体观点、建议并得出结论,即从一个企业的经验出发,说明中国汽车行业,为提高整体管理水平,适应现代经济发展要求,在汽车产品开发的管理过程中,运用项目管理是一种行之有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the research of Project Management in the car development. In the current, the competition in the auto manufacture industry is being very hardly. Project management is the key way to the success of the auto corporation. The research of this subject means an important reference to Chinese auto corporations’constant development.Basing on the theory of project management, the paper analyzes the hardcore content of project management and applications in the car development. Then analyzes the example of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co., LTD (abbr. DPCA), point out the problems in project management in DPCA, and provide the amelioration action. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic character, main content & organizes structure of project management; clarify the hardcore of auto project management, through the application of nine knowledge domains in the five process of management. Secondly this paper has a detail study about the management of DPCA, the control method of term, quality and cost. Finally this paper points out the shortage and amelioration action for DPCA’s project management; give out the thinking of the future auto project management.Through the whole paper of brilliant exposition, to expound the author him self’s concrete point of view, suggestion and draw a conclusion, proceed from the experience of the enterprise to explain how the Chinese auto industry, to improve the entirety management level, to suit the requirements of modern economic developments, to make the application of project management in the car development is a kind of effective measures.更多还原
