基于ArcSDE的水土保持遥感数据库系统研究与实现

【摘要】 随着遥感技术的飞速发展,它在水土保持的规划、治理、监督等方面的应用越来越广。在水土保持信息系统中,遥感技术的宏观、快速和客观等优势得到充分的发挥,成为一个重要的水土流失监测手段。需要注意到,遥感图像具有数据类型繁多、数据量大、数据尺度多样等特点,这使得遥感图像的存储和管理相当复杂。因而迫切需要一个专业的遥感数据库管理系统以便高效、快捷地存储与管理这些影像数据。文章研究了水土保持信息系统发展现状以及遥感技术在水土保持工作中的应用现状,分析了遥感图像数据库系统在其中的重要地位。通过对比分析目前数据库模型系统的特点,采用对象—关系数据库系统模型来构建遥感图像数据库系统。文章通过基于ArcSDE的遥感图像存储方法与Oracle 9i中遥感图像的存储方法对比,选择基于ArcSDE实现遥感图像数据库系统。并依据水土保持遥感图像数据库系统特点,通过实验分析本系统采用的遥感图像分块和构建金字塔模型的策略。遥感图像数据库系统应满足水土保持工作业务的要求,方便地存储和管理大量的遥感图像数据。结合系统的这种需求特点,分析了系统应具有文件管理、图像处理、数据库管理以及视图操作的功能,同时进行了系统数据库结构设计。最后,依据遥感图像数据库系统设计方案,以ArcObjects和Visual C++为开发平台,利用系统构建与集成及数据接口技术,具体实现系统各部分功能,构建一个完整的遥感图像数据库系统对水土保持中的遥感图像数据进行高效管理。

【Abstract】 As the Remote sensing (RS) technology developing rapidly, it is widely used in planning, management, supervision, and other application in soil and water conservation. In the soil and water conservation information system, RS technology, for its characteristic of extensive coverage, high speed and being objective, receives more attention in, also becomes an important way to monitor soil erosion.The research status of soil and water conservation information system and the application status of RS technology in soil and water conservation were studied, which showed the important role that the RS image database system played in the information system. In the thesis, ORDBMS was chosen as the structure of the RS image database system after the existent database structures were studied. Compared with the RS image storage in Oracle 9i, the method of storing the RS image based on ArcSDE was selected to design the RS image database system. According to the feature of the RS image database system in the soil and water conservation information system, the rule of tiling and the way to build pyramid model were discussed through experiments.The RS image database system should satisfy the business demand in the soil and water conservation on conveniently storing and managing large amount of the RS image. The function and the database structure of the RS image database system were designed to meet the need of the system. In the end, based on the application tools-ArcObjects and Visual C++, all designed function of the system was realized using the system integration and data interface technology. Thus, the RS image database system was built to manage the RS image in the soil and water conservation.
