超高压断路器液压操动机构特性研究

【摘要】 高压断路器是电力输送的关键设备。高压断路器在电网中起着控制作用和安全作用。液压操动机构是高压断路器的驱动部件,断路器的开断性能很大程度上取决于操动机构的性能。对于高压断路器尤其是超高压断路器液压操动机构由于设计和加工问题经常出现各种机械故障,如何设计和优化出新型的高性能高可靠性的液压操动机构是高压断路器设计的一个重要方向之一。本文以550kv断路器液压操动机构为研究对象,以流体力学和液压传动为依托,结合多种仿真软件对液压操动机构的系统以及重要部件尤其是操动机构的缓冲结构以及管路特性进行了理论分析和仿真建模,分析了各种结构参数和环境因素对液压操动机构性能的影响,并提出了多种优化方案,建立了用户化的液压操动机构优化设计仿真软件。同时设计了液压操动机构的特性测试平台,对其进行了实验研究。有关各章内容介绍如下:第一章,在综合国内外文献的基础上介绍了液压操动机构的发展历史和现状,论述了液压操动机构的国内外研究动态。第二章,建立了液压操动机构的数学模型和仿真模型,并对仿真模型进行了用户化设计。分析和研究了液压操动机构的分合闸特性同结构和环境参数的关系。第三章,提出了以离散方式将缓冲过程按结构特点分成多种节流方式的叠加,并以微分方程和流场有限元相结合的方式建立了液压缸台阶型缓冲结构的仿真模型,分析和研究了缓冲结构的动态压力和流量特性。第四章,针对液压操动机构管路对液压操动机构的性能影响做出了详细的分析。研究了管路沿程压力损失以及管路的波传递效应对操动机构的影响。第五章,介绍了液压操动机构分合闸特性测试平台的设计、搭建和实验。

【Abstract】 High voltage circuit breaker is an important equipment in electric network playing control and security role. The operating capability of high voltage circuit breaker is largely determined by hydraulic operating mechanism, as its driver. For the Mechanical failure of hydraulic operating mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker especially of super high voltage circuit breaker caused in designing and producing, designing and optimizing new hydraulic operating mechanism with higher capability and reliability is an important direction in the area of high voltage circuit breaker research.Researching a hydraulic operating mechanism of 550kv high voltage circuit breaker, the thesis theoretically researched the Characteristics of whole system, cushion component and pipeline, analyzed the capability changes effected by structure and environment changing, given some optimization, and created a customized simulation tool, with using the theoretics of Hydrodynamics and Hydraulic drive and many simulation software. The thesis also designed a characteristics test rig of high voltage circuit breaker hydraulic operating mechanism and did experimental study.The whole thesis consists of several sections as follows:Chapter 1: This chapter gives the historical review on progress of high voltage circuit breaker and its hydraulic operating mechanism, and current development of hydraulic operating mechanism.Chapter 2: This chapter theoretically analyzed the Characteristics of hydraulic operating mechanism and its changes effected by structure and environment changing. A customized simulation model is also created.Chapter 3: This chapter theoretically analyzed the pressure and flow characteristic of cushion structure of hydraulic operating mechanism, with separating the flow process in the cushion structure and using differential equation and CFD tool.Chapter 4: This chapter theoretically analyzed the pipeline effect of hydraulic operating mechanism.Chapter 4: This chapter introduced the hydraulic operating mechanism Characteristics testing device and process of testing.
