印花丝巾裁剪机的研制

【摘要】 印花丝巾布匹的裁剪是丝巾生产一个重要的环节,随着图案印制等其它工序逐渐走向自动化,为了进一步提高整体生产效率,研制一款针对印花丝巾的裁剪机是相当必要的。本论文对裁剪机控制系统进行了研究和设计。单片机和DSP构成系统的上下位机,其中,上位单片机完成系统的管理及下位机的协调,两个并行的下位DSP实现数字信号处理,二者将灵活的控制和强大的处理结合在一起,充分发挥了两种处理器的优势。设计的控制系统使操作者可通过控制面板决定裁剪机的工作状态,上位单片机将此状态信息下传给DSP,DSP接收并识别状态信息,以执行相应的操作。下位DSP大部分时间工作在裁剪状态,通过对印花丝巾图像采集和处理,确定丝巾的裁剪位置,最终控制裁刀定位以完成裁剪动作的过程。本论文主要解决三个方面的问题:(1)图像采集存储:由软硬件结合的方式驱动线阵CCD实现图像的采集,扩展大容量SDRAM实现图像数据的存储;(2)图像信息的处理:利用Canny边缘算法处理第一幅图案信息作为模板,结合Canny算法和最大归—互相关法搜索新图案在模板图案中位置,以此信息跟踪印花丝巾布匹上不断变化的裁剪边。(3)工作状态的管理和控制:设计控制面板,实现系统的易操控化;上位机通过串口发送指令对两个下位机进行控制,下位机将图案模板上传,以便上位机统筹管理。本文主要完成了印花丝巾裁剪机的硬件软件设计以及调试,并实现了图像处理算法在PC的Visual C++环境中的模拟测试以及在DSP的CCS环境中的实际调试。论文分章节介绍了系统的整体设计思想、各功能模块的硬件软件设计,从理论的角度提出了针对性较强的控制算法。控制系统通过了实物测试,在工业领域中有着广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Cutting is an important link in the production of printed scarf. With the logo printed and other processes come to robotization, the overall production efficiency needs to be further enhanced. The research of a cutting machine for printed scarf is in a ungent.Paper made a detail of how to design the control system of the cutting machine. The system was composed of a Microcontroller and a DSP. The Microcontroller completed the management and coordination of the crew, which included two parallel DSPs who handle the digital signal processing. There will be a combination of flexible control and a powerful processing. The system fully played the advantages of the two kinds of processors. The operators can control panel to decide the working status. The top MCU passed this status information onto DSP. DSP received the information and corresponded the status to the implementation of the operation. At most of the time, under-bit DSP was working in cutting operation. The image on the printed scarf was obtained and processed.The outcome of the porcess determined the cutters’ position to complete cutting .Paper resovled three problems:(1) The acquisition and storage of the image: By the combination of hardware and software-driven, linear CCD output the voltage corresponding with the image’s brightness. The capacity of image data was expansion by a SDRAM memory;(2) The processing of image information: The first image on the scarf was desl with Canny edge algorithm as a template. With the Canny algorithm and the normalization inter-related algorithm, DSP search the new image in the template and traced the cutting edge of the new image to achieve the accurate cutting.(3) The management and control of the working state: The control panel was designed. And manipulation of the system came to an easy way. MCU sent the command to DSP module through the serial port to control them.The DSPs will upload the template to MCU.In this paper, the cutting machine’s hardware design and software debugging are completed. The image processing algorithms were simulative debugged in the Visual C++ environment and tested in the CCS with the actual DSP environment. Paper introduced system’s overall design concept, the functional modules of the hardware and software design in five chapers. The research achived the cutting control algorithms both in theory and practice. It will be applied in a wide range of the industrial field.
