新型水煤浆气化喷嘴的开发与数值模拟

【摘要】 水煤浆气化是煤的清洁利用技术之一。水煤浆是一种清洁燃料,作为煤气化的原料有其天然的优势。但是我国的水煤浆气化技术还存在着许多问题,尤其是其核心技术—水煤浆气化喷嘴技术依然是水煤浆气化中的棘手问题,其性能、使用寿命将直接影响到整个装置的运行质量,针对现有气化喷嘴的不足,开发新型水煤浆气化喷嘴,将具有重要的现实意义。本文首先介绍了水煤浆气化技术现状及存在的问题;介绍了国内外各种水煤浆气化喷嘴的结构及特点;指出水煤浆气化对喷嘴的要求,并提出了新型喷嘴的设计思路。其次,介绍了试验台架系统及相关的测量仪器、设备,对目前常用的内混式喷嘴在不同雾化介质下的流量雾化特性进行了研究,对自行设计的三通道外混式喷嘴的流量雾化特性进行了实验研究,在低流速、流量的工况下对液膜破碎过程进行了观察分析,然后文章在这些实验的基础上,提出了自行设计的新型水煤浆气化喷嘴结构。再次,本文对气化喷嘴的基本结构进行了设计计算,针对现有实验仪器状况,对实际喷嘴进行冷态模化,设计了模型喷嘴,并对模型喷嘴进行了选型实验研究。最后,针对设计的水煤浆气化喷嘴,分别对其速度、压力场和雾化场,利用不同的模型,对喷嘴出口射流进行了数值模拟研究,得到的结果与实验结果比较接近,很好的验证了实验。

【Abstract】 CWS gasification technology is one of the pivotal technologies of Clean Coal Use.CWS is a kind of clean fuel which has crude advantage as material of gasification.But ,there are also so many problems in the CWS gasification technique in China,especially the key technique-the nozzle of CWS gasification is still a involved in CWS gasification. the characteristic and life-span of the fuel burner plays an important role in the operation.For the disadvantage of the current nozzles,we design a new nozzle for CWS gasification ,which would be much of practical value.First, this paper introduces the status quo of gasification technology for CWS, describes the characteristics as well as structures of some gasification atomizers home and abroad. The requirements of CWS gasification for the fuel burner are given,and a new idea used in nozzle design is also given in this part.Secondly,the test system and the relevant instruments and apparatuses are presented.This paper has a research on the flux and atomization characteristics of the premixed nozzle which is often used in industry,and a research is also given on the flux and atomization characteristics of the 3-channel Non-premixed nozzle,then the paper has a observation to the fluid film atomization which is at a low velocity and flux.And based on these experiments,a new gasification nozzle structure is put forward.Then,a initiative calculation is given in this paper,and a cold condition modeling is given so that the experiment would be put up with the current instruments,so a model nozzle is designed in this paper ,a experiment to improve the structure is also put up.Finally,Two models is established to give a numerical-simulation to calculate the velocity,the pressure,the atomization of the nozzle outlet,and the result expresses that the two models can simulate the jet successfully.
