纤维素纤维织物活性染料印花精细化技术

【摘要】 纤维素纤维活性染料圆网印花织物不仅市场份额大,而且附加值高。近年来随着国际化贸易的增多和国内人民生活水平的不断提高,这类印花装饰布的图案设计风格朝着精细化、花型效果逼真的方向发展,贸易订单要求趋向“小批量、多花色、快交货、高质量”,主流产品是活性染料印花的全棉织物,另有全棉磨绒织物、亚麻(或亚麻棉)、天丝等高附加值的纤维素纤维织物。本文从完善制网和印花设备、制定最佳生产工艺、加强生产全过程的管理这三方面全面分析了纤维素纤维织物活性染料印花的精细化技术,作为生产这类产品的经验总结。其中重点介绍了如何制定全棉织物的最佳印花生产工艺以及全棉磨绒织物、亚麻(或亚麻棉)、天丝这些高附加值的纤维素织物在生产中不同于全棉织物的特点。

【Abstract】 The style of pattern design of high grade printed ornament fabric is becoming more and more fine and realistic. The demand of trade order is tending to small amount, more pattern model, quick response, high quality. The main products are cotton fabrics printed with reactive dyes using rotary screen printing machines, as well as printed cellulosic fabrics with high added value, such as nap cotton fabric, linen or its blends, and Tencel. As the summary of the manufacturing experiences of these products, this article annlyzed the fine technologies of the rotary screen printing of cellulosic fabrics with reactive dyes from three aspects, which were the improvement of mesh making and printing facilities, the establishment of optimum production techniques, and the strengthening of production management, respectively. The especial focus was on how to determine the optimum production parameters as well as on the printing characteristics of the cellulosic fabrics with high added value different from those of conventional cotton fabrics.
