【摘要】 在全球经济一体化的大环境下,要求企业在关注企业自身的同时,应密切留意上下游合作企业,以应对日益激烈的市场,企业之间的竞争进入了供应链竞争的模式。在供应链竞争模式环境下,传统的库存管理方法与供应链管理概念显得比较落伍,带来一些问题。如何消除旧的管理理念和方法带来的弊端,如何应用新的管理策略来提高供应链的效率,成为每个当前企业实际工作的重点。供应商管理库存(Vendor Managed Inventory,简称VMI)打破了传统模式,通过供应链上的伙伴企业间的密切合作,使供应链的库存管理最优化目标得以实现,并以最小的成本提供最大的客户价值,充分体现了供应链管理思想。本文将从理论知识出发,介绍VMI的基本概念、模式和应用可行性等,立足供应链上游供应商企业的角度,联系冰箱制造行业的实际特色,运用理论和实例相结合的方法给出VMI模式的应用方法,对VMI库存管理理论进行分析与评价,通过比较分析法,应用图表和数据来分析策略应用带来的效益,在比较分析中显示相应对策的优越性,找出不同点,发现问题,并提供初步的解决方法,为包括冰箱制造在内的中国制造业企业提供一些意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 In global economic integration under the overall environment, what businesses to do is not only focus on their own concern, at the same time, should keep a close watch on the lower reaches of cooperative enterprises, to respond to the increasingly fierce market competition among which enterprises have entered a competition in the supply chain model. Under the supply chain competition, the traditional inventory management and supply chain management concept are relatively backward, even brought series of problems. How to eliminate the outdated management ideas and its disadvantages, and apply new management strategy to improve supply chain efficiency becomes the business focus of each enterprise.Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) has broken the traditional model, through the close cooperation between the supply chain partners and enterprises, to achieved the inventory management supply chain optimization objectives and provide maximum value to customers against minimizing the cost, so that fully embodies the supply chain management concepts.In this paper, starting from theoretical knowledge, to introduce VMI the basic concepts, models and applications, such as feasibility, based on the supply chain upstream supplier of enterprise point of view, the associated refrigerator manufacturing industries of the its actual characteristics, using of theoretical and practical examples combination for VMI model application analysis and evaluation VMI inventory management theory.更多还原
