【摘要】 民营银行已经日趋成为各国银行业的主流,自1990年以来,无论是发展中国家还是发达国家,民营银行的资产比重总体呈上升态势,而国有银行资产比重则在不断下降。由此可见,民营银行在将来银行业的发展中必将扮演重要的角色。回顾我国经济和金融的发展历程,发现我国银行民营化的发展明显滞后于经济民营化。民营银行所占的比重却微乎其微,与整个非国有经济的发展态势和发展速度极不相称。随着我国民营经济的迅速崛起和民营银行的发展,很多专家和学者都感觉到民营银行的发展已成为我国金融业与国民经济健康发展的重要保证。因此,在民营经济大发展以及整个金融体制改革的背景下,深入研究我国民营银行的发展,即研究如何使我国银行领域出现更多、更强的“民生银行”具有重要的现实意义。本文通过对我国民营银行发展现状的分析,分别介绍了中国民生银行、浙商银行、台州市商业银行、泰隆银行和浙江稠州商业银行,然后对我国民营银行发展的经验进行总结,以及与国有商业银行和全国性股份制商业银行的对比分析发现其不足之处。然后对影响和制约我国民营银行发展因素分析,从我国民营银行发展的外部和内部两个方面来分析原因。最后针对影响或制约因素提出我国民营银行的发展的相应对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of private bank has been gaining momentum in the world today. Since 1990, the private bank’s proportion in the total bank capital has been increasing, both in developed countries and developing ones. They will play an increasingly important role in the banking system in the future.In China, the development of private bank lags behind that of private sectors of the national economy. Their small proportion does not correspond to the development of private economy. As the private economy emerges and private bank develop, many experts believe that the development of private bank can guarantee the healthy development of China’s banking system and national economy. In a context where the economy is developing rapidly and the banking system is undergoing reforms, it is of great significance to explore the development of private bank in China, of which Minsheng Bank is one.Based on an analysis of the situation of private bank in China, the paper studies China Minsheng Bank, China Zheshang Bank, Taizhou Bank, Tailong Bank and Chouzhou Commercial Bank of Zhejiang, and explore their development experiences. It compares the private bank with the state owned commercial banks and sharing-holding banks in order to find out the defects with the private bank. It analyzes the external and internal factors that hinder the development of the private bank in China, and, accordingly, offers suggestions and solutions to the problems in question.更多还原
