【摘要】 近几年来,由于政府的大力推动以及在华企业的整体管理水平的提升,越来越多的中国企业打算在企业内部实施ERP系统,以全面提升企业的管理水平。在这过程中,企业不可避免地遇到了ERP软件系统的选型问题,即选择最适合本企业需求的ERP系统。所以在整个信息化过程中,选型成为决定企业迈入信息化成功的第一步。当前ERP选型失败率比较高,其中一个重要原因就是没有选择合适的ERP软件及合作伙伴,由于ERP软件选型缺乏可参考的模型,从而影响了企业ERP软件的选型决策质量。选择合适自己的软件,可以保证作业人员能够快速的掌握操作,缩短习惯的周期,从而使整个系统成功上线的主动权掌握在自己的手中。许多企业迫切需要一套完善的ERP选型理论和科学的决策方法。本文从东南电梯的信息化入手,旨在解决东南电梯实施什么样的ERP、如何进行ERP选型所面临的实际问题,结合东南电梯自身的需求,制定相应的选型步骤、原则和多维加权评价体系,以达到ERP选型决策的目的。论文首先对ERP的概念、特点、发展历程、主要模块作了介绍。接着又简要叙述了电梯的特点、最新的应用技术以及电梯行业的发展概况,并介绍了电梯行业信息化发展的现状。其次,介绍了东南电梯的概况,分析了东南电梯公司的信息化发展的现状,对基于合同订单生产模式的ERP需求进行了分析,对东南电梯公司的ERP选型从方法、步骤、原则等几个方面进行了剖析。然后针对东南电梯的实际需求,着重介绍了主要5个侯选ERP软件的特点和优缺点,并使用多维加权评价体系对主要的ERP软件进行评价及决策分析。最后,归纳总结了ERP选型在东南电梯的应用,给出了制造型电梯企业在进行ERP选型一些建议和对策。并作为其它制造型电梯企业实施ERP的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of enterprise management level and the strong support from government in recent years, more and more Chinese companys think to implement a ERP system inside company to improve the whole business performance. In this process, the enterprise will meet the ERP software selection questions, as the enterprise must select right ERP software which can adapt to its management and process. On the road of enterprise inforrmationization, the ERP selection will be the 1st step. The failure rate of ERP selection is quite high, one of main reason is the enterprise can’t make a right decision of ERP software selection, can’t find an assessment standard or model system which may be refered, these affact the quality of decision making. The suitable ERP software can be easy implemented, time saving, and the enterprise can control the opportunity of success by itself. Many enterprises need the thesis and method for ERP software selection.Start from the informationization of DNDT, the paper emphasizes to analyze ERP software selection in the elevator business. This thesis is an actual application and analysis for DNDT company.At the end, the thesis comes out the software selection decision base on the multi-dimensionality assessment standard and evaluation system.At the beginning of the thesis, it introduces ERP that contains the concept, characteristics, main structure and development history. Secondly, the author analyses the elevator’s characteristics, the latest technology and the development of the elevator business’s inforrmationization.Furthermore, the basic information of DNDT and the feature of production which is based on MTO (Make To Order) concept also are included. The author also makes a detail analysis for the informationization status of DNDT. The evaluation method, process and principia of ERP selecting were established, and an evaluation system for ERP selecting was constructed by using the multi-dimensionality evaluation system. Finally, the author summarizes the application result of ERP system selection in DNDT; provide some suggestions and solutions for ERP software selection method. These suggestions and methods provided may refer the application of ERP software selection in others manufacturing elevator enterprise.更多还原
