自拟祛疣汤治疗扁平疣热瘀互结证临床观察

【摘要】 目的通过系统观察自拟祛疣汤治疗扁平疣热瘀互结证的临床疗效,探讨该方的作用机理,为临床治疗顽固性扁平疣提供安全、有效的方法。方法将59例热瘀互结证扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予自拟祛疣汤的中药水煎剂口服,外搽与转移因子胶囊口服和0.1%迪维霜外搽,观察两组病例临床症状和皮损的改善情况,4周后观察疗效和不良反应。结果在治愈率和总有效率,临床症状,皮损改善方面,治疗组均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义。两组均无明显不良反应。结论自拟祛疣汤治疗扁平疣热瘀互结证具有比较满意的临床疗效,值得在临床中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the efficacy and pharmacological mechanism ofZiniQuYouTang Decoction in Verruca Planae with Reyuhujie pattern, inorder to supply a safe and efficient clinical technique.Methods: Divide 59 Verruca planae patients with Reyuhujie patterninto tow groups randomly, including treatment group and controll group.Respectively give treatment group ZiniQuYouTang Decoction to takeorally and external use, give controll group Zhuanyiyinzi Capsule to takeorally and 0.1 %DiWeiSuang to external use. Afterwards, to observe thechanges of lesion and clinical symptoms, and judge the curative effectsafter four weak’s treatment.Results: The total disease effective rate was significantly higher intreatment group compared with that in control group from ratio、clinicsymptoms and lesion changes. Two groups cases had no adverse effects.Conclusion: There is satisfied curative effect using ZiniQuYouTangDecoction to treating Verruca Planae with Reyuhujie pattern.
