复光颗粒对家兔视神经夹伤病理形态学及F-VEP的影响

【摘要】 目的:在初步临床观察的基础上,通过研究复光颗粒对家兔视神经夹伤后病理形态学及闪光视诱发电位(flash visual evoked potential,F-VEP)的影响,观察复光颗粒对外伤性视神经病变(traumatic opticneuropathy,TON)的作用,为其新药研究探索实验依据。方法:采用外科手术方法建立家兔视神经夹伤模型。分为4组:空白对照组、模型对照组、复光颗粒高、低剂量组。用药30天后,观察其F—VEP及视神经病理切片。结果:1.病理学观察:模型组视神经与正常组相比有明显的充血、水肿及炎细胞侵润等表现;药物高剂量组与低剂量组与模型组比较水肿、充血等炎症反应均有所减轻,但高剂量组与低剂量组之间无明显差异。2.F-VEP观察:与造模前相比,造模后各组P2波潜伏时延长、P波振幅降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与用药前相比,用药后各组P2波潜伏时、振幅无统计学意义(P>0.05)与空白对照组相比,模型组、高剂量组、低剂量组P2波潜伏时延长、振幅降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比,高剂量组、低剂量组P2波潜伏时、振幅差异(P>0.05);与高剂量组相比,低剂量组P2波潜伏时、振幅无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:据临床统计,复光颗粒治疗TON,对改善患者视力有一定效果。在本实验条件下,病理观察显示,复光颗粒对夹伤的家兔视神经有部分改善作用。但在本实验观察期内,F-VEP恢复尚不明显。

【Abstract】 Objective :To observe whether the prepared Chinese Medicine of Fuguang and can cure traumatic optic neuropathy (TON) through the investigation of expression of pathology in the rabbit optic nerve and flash visual evoked potential after crushing the optic nerve with microforcepsMethod: twenty-four healthy adult Wistar rabbits without eyes diseases were divided into four groups randomly : normal control group, model group , high dose Fuguang group, low dose Fuguang group . The treatment groups have giving medicine for 3 0 days then detect the expression of pathology and flash visual evoked potential .Results: 1. pathology : compared with normal control group, there are distinct dropsy ,engorge and phlogistic cell in model group. Compared with model group there are distinct mitigation in the treatment groups. But, there are not significant differences between high dose Fuguang group and low dose Fuguang group 2 . F-VEP: There are significant differences in the expression of F-VEP between molder and not molder(P<0 .05) . There are not significant differences in the expression of F-VEP between treatment and not treatment (P>0.05) . Compared with normal control group, there are significant differences in the expression of F-VEP in the expression of F-VEP in model group , high dose Fuguang group and low dose Fuguang group (P<0.05) . There are not significant differences in the expression of F-VEP between model group and treatment groups (P>0.05) . There are not significant differences in the expression of F-VEP between high dose Fuguang group and low dose Fuguanggroup (P>0.05) .Conclusion: During the experimental conditions,The prepared Chinese Medicine of Fuguang can partially repair crushed optic nerve .But the resume of F-VEP are not distinct.
