皮内针疗法技术操作规范标准研究

【摘要】 目的通过对皮内针疗法技术操作规范标准制作过程的研究,制作皮内针疗法技术操作规范标准文本,同时探讨针灸疗法技术操作规范标准制作的方法,为针灸临床技术操作规范国家标准制作提供参考。方法遵循国家标准编制原则和《针灸标准化工作细则》,运用文献评价、临床验证、专家意见调查等手段,对皮内针疗法技术操作规范标准制定过程进行研究。结果针灸技术操作规范标准制作的方法(核心参考文献的选择、文献的纳入和处理原则、临床调研以及专家意见征求)得到中国针灸学标准化委员会会认同;相关材料通过了验收;形成皮内针疗法技术操作规范标准文本,纳入《针灸技术操作规范第8部分皮内针》国家标准。结论以国家标准编制原则和《针灸标准化工作细则》为指导,结合皮内针疗法针灸临床操作技术特点及运用规律,以文献提炼、临床验证、专家意见征求为手段,是制作针灸临床技术操作规范国家标准文本切实可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By studying the tailoring procedure of standardized manipulations of intradermal needle, established the national standard text of "Standardized Manipulations of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Part 8 Intradermal Needle" and explored the method of establishing the standard format of acupuncture and moxibustion manipulations to provide the methodological references to mapping out the national standard on the acupuncture clinical technology manipulation.Method According to the national standard manipulation guidance and The Task Bylaws about Acupunctrue Standization, we study the procedure and methods of Standardized manipulations of intradermal needle by evaluating document, testing clinical application, consulting the expert’s idea and so on,.Results the national standard text of "Standardized manipulations of acupuncture and moxibustion part 8 intradermal needle" and the related materials had passed the national inspection and been accepted in national standard. The formulating procedure and methods (including core reference selection, reference inclusion and processing principle, clinical verification and the expert’s consultation) had been identified by the standardization committee of China association of acupuncture and moxibustion.Conclusion Guiding with the national standard of acupuncture technical manipulation and The Task Bylaws about Acupunctrue Standization, tailoring to the manipulation characteristics and application law of intradermal needle, appling the methods of document evaluation, clinic test and experts’ idea consulation to establish the national standard text "Manipulation of Acupuncture technical Section NO.8 intradermal needle" is feasible.更多还原
