皮粘散治疗慢性皮肤溃疡73例临床观察

【摘要】 目的:通过观察慢性皮肤溃疡患者使用“皮粘散”治疗前后临床症状的改变,研究该药治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的特点及疗效。方法:选择诊断明确的慢性皮肤溃疡患者73例,外用皮粘散换药,两天一次,同时观察皮损面积、色泽、分泌物及气味、新生肉芽组织及溃疡深度,每周记录一次,于治疗4周后评定疗效。结果:临床治愈46例,显效13例,好转12例,无效2例,总显效率为80.8%,总有效率为97.3%,治疗前后积分变化有显著差异p＜0.01。结论:皮粘散治疗慢性皮肤溃疡具有较为满意的临床疗效。中药外治皮肤溃疡前景广阔。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To analyze the characteristic and effect of the treatment of Chronic Skin Ulcer by Pi Nian San for external use. We observe the change of clinical symptoms that happen on those patients who get the Chronic Skin Ulcer.Clinical trial: we treat 73 cases who have been diagnosed CSU with the powder of Pi Nian San by external use two times a day, observing the area、color、secretion and smell、depth of the ulcer and recording them once a week. After 4 weeks, we evaluate the effect.Results: 46 cases fully recovered, 13 cases cure and effect, 12 cases get better, 2 cases no effect. The cure and the effective rate is 80.8%, the total effective rate is 97.3%, The change of treatment is obviously different p<0. 01.Conclusions: Pi Nian San is effective to treat CSU in clinical. Treating CSU by traditional Chinese herbs for external use has a good future.更多还原
