尿畅舒胶囊对女性绝经后尿道综合征的临床与实验研究

【摘要】 目的:本课题拟通过对尿畅舒胶囊的临床疗效观察和实验动物子宫重量、血清雌二醇及尿道平滑肌的影响,为探讨尿畅舒胶囊治疗绝经后尿道综合征提供可能的作用机制。方法:1.2005年3月至2005年9月在成都中医药大学附属医院就诊的绝境后尿道综合征的病人40例随机分为治疗组和阳性组,分别予以尿畅舒胶囊和尼尔雌醇片口服4个月后临床疗效观察。2.将幼年昆明雌性小鼠60只随机分成5组:空白组、阳性对照组、尿畅舒高、中和低剂量组,分别对高、中、低剂量组,选用尼尔雌醇片、尿畅舒胶囊混悬液灌胃,均连续给药7天.末次给药24小时后处死,测子宫重量。3.将SD雌性大鼠80只筛选出动情期大鼠20只作为空白组,将剩余的造模后筛选出间情期大鼠50只随机分为5组:模型组、阳性对照组、尿畅舒高、中和低剂量组。分选用尿畅舒胶囊和戊酸雌二醇片的混悬液灌胃,连续给药10天。空白组筛选出动情前期的大鼠10只和其余各组50只于末次给药后1小时,由眼眶静脉丛取血测定血清中雌二醇的浓度。将各组大鼠处死取尿道组织HE染色和光镜观测其尿道平滑肌纤维的改变情况。结果:1.尿畅舒胶囊能缓解患者的排尿症状。2.尿畅舒高剂量组对幼年小鼠子宫重量有增加作用。3.尿畅舒高剂量组能显著升高去势大鼠血清中的雌二醇浓度,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义4.尿畅舒高剂量组对去势大鼠尿道平滑肌纤维可能促进其修复作用。结论:尿畅舒胶囊升高实验性雌鼠的雌激素水平,但作用较为缓和;尿畅舒胶囊缓解排尿症状可能作用于尿道粘膜,促进平滑肌纤维的修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This trial is to observe the influence of the capsule called Niaochangshu on womb’ s weight、the Estradiol in blood serum and urethra smooth muscle of female rat, as well as to explore its possible role in the mechanism further.Methods: 1.40 post-menopause urethral syndrome female of Chengdu University of TCM from March 2005 to September 2005 were divided into 2 groups randomly: treated group and control group, with were taken Niaochangshu collocyst and Nilestriol pill respectively, and after a month observe the clinic syndrome. 2. The sixty childhood female rats of the Kunming special will be divided into five groups: the blank group, the masculine group, and the highest dose group, the middle dose group, the lowest dose group of the Niaochangshu. Take Nilestriol pills and theNiaochangshu collocyst for intragastric administration. Then give theabove rat experimental medication per day a week. Last sacrifice the ratsand measure the wombs’ weight. 3. From the eighty SD female rats sieve twenty estrus rats for blank group. The rest rats will be modeled and sieved fifty diestrus rats, which will be divided into five groups:the modle group, the masculine group, And the Niaochangshu highest dose group, middle dose group, lowest dose group. Use Estradiol Valerate pills and Niaochangshu collocystis for intragastric administration. Then give the above rat experimental medication per day in ten days. Then from the twenty rats sieves the proestrus rats as a blank group. Last from the fossa orbitalis of rats measure the Estradiol in blood serum. Ending sacrifice the rats and take urethra tissue, following HE staining and using the light microscope observe the urethra smooth muscle.Results: 1. Niaochangshu capsule can relieve the patient of urination syndrome. 2.Niaochangshu high dose group increase childhood female rat ’s womb’s weight. 3. Niaochangshu high dose group raise the estradiol in blood serum of castration rats. There is a statistical difference between the Niaochangshu high dose group and the model group. Niaochangshu high dose group may has effects on urethra smooth muscle and promote it reparation of castration rats.Conclusion: Niaochangshu collocyst boost the estrogen level of the female rats in experiment. Niaochangshu collocyst which can relieve the patient of urination syndrome has effects Mucous membrane of urethra and promote smooth muscle fiber reparation.更多还原
