小金丸治疗痰湿瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:观察小金丸对痰湿瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎疼痛症状、最大尿流率、前列腺液中TNF-α含量的改变情况。方法:采用随机、对照的临床试验方法,将76例痰湿瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组,每组各38例,治疗组采用小金丸治疗,对照组采用安慰剂治疗,疗程30天,疗效指标为慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)疼痛症状评分、最大尿流率及前列腺液中TNF-α含量。结果:治疗后治疗组NIH-CPSI疼痛症状评分、最大尿流率、前列腺液中TNF-α含量均有明显改善,对照组对以上指标无明显改变,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:小金丸对痰湿瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎疼痛及排尿症状治疗作用明显,是治疗该型前列腺炎的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaojinwan on NIH-CPSI、Q_max、TNF-αin prostatic fluid of Chronic prostatitis with Phlegm,Dampness and Blockage of Blood stasis.Methods:With randomized,antithetical clinical trial,76cases were divided into two groups randomly:The treated group had 38 cases treated with Xiaojinwan,The control group had 38 cases treated with placebo,After 30 days,NIH-CPSI、Q_max、the content of TNF-αin prostatic fluid were detected.Results:After 30 days,the NIH-CPSI、Q_max、the content of TNF-αin prostatic fluid of the treated group were all improved notablely,but above-mentioned index of the control group did not improved notablely.There was notablel difference between this two group（P＜0.05）.Conclutions:The effect of Xiaojinwan in treating Chronic prostatitis with Phlegm,Dampness and Blockage of Blood stasis was notable,Xiaojinwan was an effective drug treating this kind of prostatitis.更多还原
