中医药对治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究及探讨

【摘要】 目的:观察中药灌肠与盒灸相结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。并从理论和临床两方面系统的探讨和研究中药灌肠与盒灸相结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎。方法:在临床上选择符合纳入标准的溃疡性结肠炎病例51例,分成两组,进行回顾性研究,治疗组(30例)以中药灌肠与盒灸为主,对照组(21例)以中药内服与西药(水杨酸制剂或激素)口服或塞肛,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率80.95%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组的疗效(P＜0.05)。且治疗组的3例难治性溃疡性结肠炎,经治疗后3例均获得显效。结论:通过临床观察不仅说明了中药灌肠与盒灸相结合为主治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,对难治性溃疡性结肠炎同样取得了一定的疗效,说明本方案治疗UC疗效肯定,且使用方便,应用安全,未发现明显的不良反应。达到了中医辨证与西医辨病相结合,整体与局部相结合的目的。与传统中医药治疗UC方法相比较,本方案不失为一种新的治疗途径。该研究为中医药治疗UC提供了新的证据,也为中医药治疗UC的发展迈向新的里程奠定了一定的基础。更多还原
