大断面煤巷综掘锚杆支护快速掘进关键技术研究

【摘要】 本文结合新集刘庄煤矿E2-1305工作面回采巷道掘进,对大断面煤巷综掘锚杆支护快速掘进关键技术问题进行研究。通过解析的方法求得深井巷道支护工艺过程的粘弹性解析解。运用FLAC2D确定了巷道的断面形状、锚杆支护的相关参数:并对锚杆刚性进行分析,得出锚杆轴力、锚杆剪应力、锚固剂与岩体接触面剪应力分布以及三者之间能量传递关系。运用FLAC3D模拟了大断面煤巷在不同掘进步距、有无护顶煤、不同锚索组合布置、导峒法施工等条件下,应力场变化情况,得到一些有益的结论。这都为大断面煤巷综掘锚杆支护快速掘进提供了理论参考,奠定了理论基础,并指导了生产实践:取得了良好的的技术经济效果。

【Abstract】 The paper, combining the gateway of E2-1305 coal face of Liu zhuang coal mine, has done the research to t fully-mechanized fast driving for large cross section coal roadway. Analysis approach get viscous-elasticity analytical solutions of roadway in deep supporting craft process . The Shape of Section of mining roadway and the relational parameters of the cable are decided by FLAC2D. Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, we obtained axial force distribution of rock bolt, shear stress distribution of rock bolt , shear stress distribution of iface between anchoring agent and rock, and the relationship of Energy Transfer among this three aspects. We simulateσ_z distributing of excavating different length every time ,have or no remain roof coal,inatall different disposal of cable and pilot method by FLAC3D,obation some conciliations. All this provide the theory reference for fully-mechanized fast driving for large cross section coal roadway, establish theory base, and have certain instruction function for the engineering practice,obtain good technique result and product in a very significant economic effect.
