【摘要】 为快速解决选煤工艺流程设计中涉及到的计算及绘图问题,结合计算机强大而快速的数据处理和丰富又灵活的图文处理功能,采用Visual Basic 6.0编程语言,编制成选煤工艺流程虚拟实现软件,并对其整个制作过程中涉及到的问题进行了详细地研究。添加了各个设备控件各自的属性、事件和方法,突破了传统用设备参数存储的模式,具备了进行设备编号的标注功能,并为后续进行工艺流程计算奠定了基础。对设备联系图自动识别进行了研究,使得该软件具备了设备选型计算功能和工艺流程计算功能,较好地解决了选煤工艺流程设计中的绘图及计算问题,能更好地满足用户的需求。选煤设备单元是进行选煤流程计算的基础,基于VB中三种类型的模块:窗体模块、标准模块和类模块各自的特点,选择合适的模块类型完成了选煤设备单元的参数设置模块和计算模块的设计,使得进行后续的选煤工艺流程计算成为可能。设备单元的参数设置模块采用人机交互式的窗体模块,使得设备单元的参数值随着用户的需求进行变化,而不会再是以往那种参数值设置为固定值进行计算的计算模式。选煤工艺流程进行计算时,必须对其特点进行分析,通过分析选煤工艺流程,发现选煤工艺流程可以认为是由一种或几种设备联合完成的,物流通过某设备,经过处理,送往另台设备,依次连接,组合成了选煤工艺流程;同时,在选煤工艺流程中,有时会出现循环回路,物流经过下台设备处理后,送往上台设备。在本论文中,引入化工系统模拟的算法—序贯模块法。首先采用通路搜索法找到选煤工艺流程系统中的不可再分块,然后应用环路矩阵法找出不独立边,剔除掉不独立边,选择合适的独立边进行切割,把不可再分块切断,最后得到设备单元的计算顺序,采用序贯模块法对整个选煤工艺流程进行计算。对选煤工艺流程模拟计算的整个算法进行了研究,解决了选煤工艺流程模拟计算时的最难点。对模拟计算过程中,设备单元的参数设置信息进行了详细的说明,最后得到了选后产品平衡表,说明采用该软件基本上可以快速地解决选煤工艺流程设计中涉及到的流程计算问题。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of calculation and drawing in the design of coal preparation workflow easily, conbining the computer’s data processing and flexible drawing power, the author developed the intelligent coal preparation flow design software with VB and studied the problems of manufacturing process.This system integrate various equipment control logic as its properties, events and ways to break through the traditional parameters of the equipment which is used in storage mode, the device supply a number of tagging functions, and can execute subsequent processes in the foundation. Equipment union plans onward which to conduct a study on automatic identification, which makes the software with the equipment selection process of computing power and features, a better solution to the drawings and calculations of coal preparation flow design is to further meet the needs of users.This coal equipment unit for the preparation process is based on a VB formed by three type of modules: Form module, standard modules plus their respective characteristics, so how to properly choose the right type of modules to completed a coal preparation equipment unit parameter settings module based on design and calculation module is a consideration, which maks the following coal preparation process possible. Beside equipment module parameters given by the man-machine interactive form module, the unit makes equipment parameters change by the user’s needs, and which is not like the constant parameter values in the past module. We must analyze its characteristics, by analyzing coal preparation process, which can be considered by one or more of the equipment completed joint through a logistics equipment, when processed, they could sent another piece of equipment to the ordered connectivity equipment node, a combination of coal preparation process; At the same time, coal preparation process, sometimes a circle loop logistics to be step-down after handling equipment, sent from power equipment. In this paper, the introduction of chemical system simulation algorithm—sequential modular approach is introduced. Firstly, a search method to find a pathway system in the coal preparation process makes it not block any more, then the loop is not an independent matrix method to identify while the side-out swap is not independent, the independence of selection is suitable for cutting edge, which can no longer blocked or cut, and the final order of the calculation of equipment modules is to use sequential modular approach to fructify the whole process of coal preparation. Coal Preparation of the entire process simulation are all based on such algorithm and study to resolve the coal preparation process simulation, usually be the most difficult. In the simulation of the process, parameter settinginformation are calculated in details, and the final balance sheet of products are produced after the selection, which could basically prove that the local pre-processing of design and calculation problem could be resolved fairly by this system.
