基于SVG与AutoCAD的WebGIS的研究与应用

【摘要】 国家“十一·五信息化发展规划”中明确指出:要利用信息技术改造和提升以煤矿、有色矿、非金属矿为代表的传统采矿业,建设煤矿Web GIS是煤矿信息化的必由之路。AutoCAD设计图纸是煤矿贯穿建井、开拓、生产始终的宝贵资料,但是,在当前煤矿信息化建设中,AutoCAD设计图纸却没有得到有效的利用。为了在煤矿信息化中充分利用AutoCAD设计图纸,构建符合煤矿实际的WebGIS,本文首先分析了当前Web GIS、SVG以及AutoCAD二次开发技术的发展现状;进而对AutoCAD二次开发技术进行了研究,提出了利用ActiveX技术访问DWG格式文件或者直接访问DXF格式文件的方案;对AutoCAD和SVG中的图层、实体以及属性进行了分析,提出了AutoCAD与SVG相互转化的理论;对AJAX基本原理与Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX技术进行了研究,实现了B/S模式下的实时通信。最后成功构建了基于SVG与AutoCAD的Web GIS系统,客户端利用SVG技术实现图形的显示以及地图漫游、缩放等基本的Web GIS功能;服务器端利用Web Service实现SVG与AutoCAD的相互转化以及SVG、AutoCAD和属性数据库的同步;而客户端和服务器的同步则由Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX来保证。结合淮南矿业集团有限责任公司望峰岗井深部下山巷道施工过程对系统进行了实践检验,表明将AutoCAD设计图纸引入煤矿信息化建设,不仅有效的利用了已有的宝贵资料,而且使得信息化更加符合煤矿生产实际,大大提高了煤矿信息化水平。

【Abstract】 Must using information technology transforming and improving traditional mining industry represented by coal mine,nonmetallic minerals and nonferrous metal mineral, clearly stated in the National’s Eleventh Five-year Plan Period of Informatization Development Planning.To construct Web GIS for coal mine is the only way of coal mine informatization.AutoCAD Design drawings are precious documents that run through whole of mine construction,mine development and production.In the current of information construction of coal mine,however,the AutoCAD drawings are not sufficient to be utilized.The research situation of technology of Web GIS,SVG and AutoCAD secondary development is analyzed firstly,in order to make full use of AutoCAD drawings in coal mine informatization to construct Web GIS conformed to coal mine reality.Then, according to AutoCAD secondary development study,the scheme is given that to access DWG format files by ActiveX or access DXF format file directly.Mutual transformation theory is proposed by analyzing layer,entity and attribute of SVG and AutoCAD.Basic principle of AJAX and technology of Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX are studied and real-time communication in B/S mode is achieved.Finally,Web GIS based on SVG and AutoCAD is constructed successfully:on client,display,zoom,translation of map and other basic functions of Web GIS are achieved by technology of SVG;on web server,mutual transformation of SVG and AutoCAD and synchronization of SVG, AutoCAD and database of attributes are achieved by web service;synchronization of client and server is based on Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX.Combined with construction process of construction of inclined drift in Wangfenggang mine of Huinan Mining(Group) CO.,LTD.,the system was confirmed by applications in engineering.It is shown that Web GIS not only make use of precious documents already existed,but also is closer to actual situation of coal mine.
