基于语义的虚拟企业智能决策系统研究

【摘要】 近年来,借助Internet、网络技术迅速普及和各类网络信息系统飞速发展的东风,原本处于理论层面的虚拟企业正以前所未有的速度蓬勃发展。实践亦证明,虚拟企业能够将网络信息技术应用于企业管理,将具有不同优势的企业通过网络平台有效地组织起来实现共同目标,在高度分工的同时实现低成本交易,从而极大提升企业的核心竞争力和综合效率。但是,随着加盟虚拟企业成员数量的不断增多,虚拟企业内网络信息量的不断增加,使得本来就纷繁复杂的各类信息更难于查找。在此情况下,仅靠对某一信息点击量的统计或依靠传统意义上的信息检索,不论从检全率还是检准率上都难以为企业决策者提供有用信息,甚至会增加企业决策者的负担。而基于语义的信息检索,由于其以语义为切分点,可以从检准率、检全率以及相似度等各方面提供有效的解决方案。为此,我们利用语义检索技术,在充分了解虚拟企业的组织结构、业务流程和信息系统的基础上,构造一个基于语义检索的虚拟企业智能决策模型,以期为企业决策者提供一种新的决策支持方式。本文主要研究的内容如下:(1)基于虚拟企业的智能决策系统理论首先,简要阐述了语义检索、虚拟企业和智能决策系统等相关知识。在此基础上,论述了语义检索较传统信息检索的优点以及虚拟企业的组织结构和运作机制、当今虚拟企业所流行的信息系统等,并引出虚拟企业中的智能决策系统。(2)基于语义的虚拟企业智能决策模型借鉴当今流行的基于语义模型的语义检索理论,提出了符合虚拟企业的语义模型的语义检索,并对其体系构架、模型的构建、检索的实现等分别进行了论述,最后构建出虚拟企业语义智能决策模型。(3)系统的设计首先对系统需求可行性和必要性进行了分析,据此提出构建煤炭虚拟企业智能决策系统的构想,接着阐述了系统的开发方法、系统开发工具,并对系统构架、系统功能模块做了详细的论述。(4)数据仓库的建立首先对数据仓库的原理进行了阐述,根据目前流行的数据仓库设计方法,重点分析了系统中支撑决策支持的生产管理子模块和语义管理子模块的数据仓库设计,最后介绍了协同子系统数据库的结构及其功能。(5)原型系统的实现首先基于软件工程理论,从系统软、硬件集成环境出发,对系统实现的软硬件环境做了简要的论述,其次,详细论述了系统软件系统的实现,包括:服务器的安装、运行平台和IDE开发平台的配置、通用模块的实现、业务模块管理的实现、语义检索模块的实现和智能决策模块的实现。通过上述的工作,设计了煤炭虚拟企业智能决策原型系统,对煤炭虚拟企业的数据进行加工、处理、统计、分析和预测,为管理者提供抵御市场风险的新途径。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet, network technology and network information system, the Virtual Enterprise is to flourish at an unprecedented rate when it is on a theoretical level no long ago. Practice has proved that network information technology can be applied to enterprise information management by Virtual Enterprise. It can organize different competitive advantage through effective network platform and achieve common goals at a high degree of division of labor in low-cost transactions. The core competitiveness of enterprises and integrated efficiency can be greatly enhanced by the Virtual Enterprise.But, with the growing number of members joining Virtual Enterprise and the continuous increase in the amount of information network of Virtual Enterprise, the complicated information is searched more and more hard. Under this circumstances, only depending on the clicking amount of statistical information or traditional sense of the information retrieval can hardly supply useful information to deciders from not only Recall Factor but also Pertinency Factor, even can increase the burden on enterprises. Information Retrieval based on semantic can provide an effective solution from Recall Factor, Pertinency Factor, similarity and etc. because of it basing on semantic concept.In order to do this, we construct a semantic retrieval based on the Virtual Enterprise Intelligent Decision Model using Semantic Retrieval Technology on the basis of understanding of the organizational structure, business processes and information systems of Virtual Enterprise, and realize it to provide a new way to support decision-making to business organizations. This paper has carried out the following work:(1) Virtual Enterprise intelligent decision systems theory. At first, it describes the concept of the semantic retrieval, virtual enterprise, intelligent decision support system and other related knowledge. And then, it deals with the advantages of semantic retrieval than traditional information retrieval, organizational structure and mechanisms of Virtual Enterprise and Information system of Virtual Enterprise etc. At last, it spawns intelligent decision support system in Virtual Enterprise.(2) Architecture of Virtual Enterprise intelligent decision model based on semantic model. From the current domestic popular model based on the semantic model theory retrieval, it presents the semantic retrieval model of domain model in virtual enterprise and discourses its general structure, building of domain object and implementation of retrieval. Finally, it builds the Virtual Enterprise intelligent decision model base on semantic model.(3) System design. First of all, it analyzes system demand and necessity analysis and puts forward the ideas of building the Coal Virtual Enterprise intelligent decision system. Sitting down here, it introduces the system development method and development tools, system architecture and functional module analysis.(4) System data warehouses design. It quotes the data warehouses theory at first. It highlights the business management module data warehouses design and semantic management module data warehouses design. At last, it introduces collaboration management module database design.(5) Prototype system realization. In the first place, it briefly introduces the Software Engineering involving description of system integrated software and hardware. Afterwards it focuses on the realization of software system, including setup of network operating system, setup and configuration of JDK, integration and configuration of Apache and Tomcat, configuration of development environment, realization of system Common Block, realization of business management module, realization of intelligent semantic retrieval, realization of intelligent decision module and etc. Through above work, it designs the Coal Virtual Enterprise Intelligent Decision Systems. It can be done data processing, treatment, statistics, analysis and forecast to Coal Virtual Enterprise and provides decision support for managers.
