青岛市中学历史课程改革实施探微

【摘要】 进入21世纪以来,随着社会的发展和科学技术的进步,世界各国为了进一步增强本国的综合国力、提高在世界政治经济舞台上的竞争力,越来越注重教育对人才培养的重要性,开始着力推进基础教育课程改革。而中国科技和经济的发展促使素质教育的深化发展,要求新世纪的基础教育必须进行巨大的变革。在此背景下,我国于新世纪之初启动了建国以来规模最大的基础教育课程改革,力争建立符合时代经济发展要求和社会需求的新课程体系,创造适合学生发展的全新教育模式。初中历史新课程改革作为基础教育课程改革的组成部分,于2001年秋季在山东、江苏、青海和辽宁的某些省市拉开了课改的序幕。那么初中历史新课程改革的的背景和实施状况如何,新课程改革带来了哪些变化,取得了哪些成果,实施过程中遇到了怎样的问题,应如何解决课改中的问题?以某一地区的课改为例,由点及面,总结、了解和研究这一问题成为探索历史新课程改革,推进历史课程改革的重要课题。青岛地区是全国38个首批课改实验区中最大的实验区,本文在翻阅和回顾大量文献、资料、追寻课改足迹的基础上,简述了我国实施初中历史新课程改革的背景,并结合青岛地区历史课程改革的启动及实施的具体办法,通过整理自己及同行们多年来初中历史新课程改革的教学实践,概括了青岛地区中学历史新课程改革的诸多变化,分析了课改实施中遇到主要问题,并依据教育教学理念和教学实践提出了解决新课程改革实施中问题的建议。论文力求将青岛地区先进的课改经验进行整理推广交流,带动教师不断地形成课改反思意识,通过与全国各省市实验区进行交流与深入地探讨,以期更好更快地促进课程改革向着良性的轨道发展,推进全国初中历史新课程改革的深入发展。

【Abstract】 Get into over 21 centuries, along with the technical progress of the social development and science, international community for strengthenning comprehensive national strength, exaltation’s competition ability in political economic satge in the world of our country further, more and more pay attention to the importance that education develops to the talented person, start put forth effort education course of the propulsion foundation reform.But the development of Chinese science and technology and economy urge a deeply turn of the education for all-round development development, foundation education which requests a new century has to carry on a huge change.Under this background, our country in new the early century started to found a nation the scale biggest foundation education course reform, work hard for an establishment to match ages an economic development to request and social demanding new course system, the creation is suitable for student to develop of all new education mode.The new course reform of the junior high school history is foundation education course to reform of constitute part, drew back at the some cities of 2001 autumn at Shandong, Jiangsu, Qing Lake and Liaonings the lesson change of prologue.So the junior high school history new course reform of of background and carry out how condition is and carried out to meet in the process how of problem, the new course reform brought which varieties, obtain which results, understanding and research this problem becomes investigating history a new course reform and push forward a history course reform of important topic.The Qingdao region is 38 first lessons in the whole country to change experiment the biggest experiment area in area, this text in browsing and looking back a great deal of cultural heritage, data and making track for the lesson changes footprint of foundation, Chien said an our country an implement the junior high school history new course reform of background, and combine history course in Qingdao reform of start and implement of concrete way, pass a sorting oneself many history new course of the in the last years junior high schools reform of teaching practice, generalized high school history in Qingdao the new course reform of many varieties, analyzed for several years, the lesson change implement in meet key problem, and basis education the teaching principle and teaching fulfillment put forward understanding definitely lately course reform implement in problem of suggestion. The thesis tries hard for to change forerunner in Qingdao’s lesson’s experience to carry on tidying up expansion exchanges, arouse a teacher to constantly become lesson to change to introspect consciousness, pass to test area with national each city to carry on exchanges and thoroughly inquiry into, to lesson change medium emergence of the problem put forward reasonable lesson to change a suggestion with expect better sooner promote course reform facing positive orbit development, push forward a national junior high school history new course to reform of thorough development.
