【摘要】 进入21世纪以来,随着社会的发展和科学技术的进步,世界各国为了进一步增强本国的综合国力、提高在世界政治经济舞台上的竞争力,越来越注重教育对人才培养的重要性,开始着力推进基础教育课程改革。而中国科技和经济的发展促使素质教育的深化发展,要求新世纪的基础教育必须进行巨大的变革。在此背景下,我国于新世纪之初启动了建国以来规模最大的基础教育课程改革,力争建立符合时代经济发展要求和社会需求的新课程体系,创造适合学生发展的全新教育模式。初中历史新课程改革作为基础教育课程改革的组成部分,于2001年秋季在山东、江苏、青海和辽宁的某些省市拉开了课改的序幕。那么初中历史新课程改革的的背景和实施状况如何,新课程改革带来了哪些变化,取得了哪些成果,实施过程中遇到了怎样的问题,应如何解决课改中的问题?以某一地区的课改为例,由点及面,总结、了解和研究这一问题成为探索历史新课程改革,推进历史课程改革的重要课题。青岛地区是全国38个首批课改实验区中最大的实验区,本文在翻阅和回顾大量文献、资料、追寻课改足迹的基础上,简述了我国实施初中历史新课程改革的背景,并结合青岛地区历史课程改革的启动及实施的具体办法,通过整理自己及同行们多年来初中历史新课程改革的教学实践,概括了青岛地区中学历史新课程改革的诸多变化,分析了课改实施中遇到主要问题,并依据教育教学理念和教学实践提出了解决新课程改革实施中问题的建议。论文力求将青岛地区先进的课改经验进行整理推广交流,带动教师不断地形成课改反思意识,通过与全国各省市实验区进行交流与深入地探讨,以期更好更快地促进课程改革向着良性的轨道发展,推进全国初中历史新课程改革的深入发展。更多还原
