上海近代混凝土工业建筑的保护与再生研究(1880-1940)

【摘要】 1843年11月,上海正式开埠。从此,由外商创设的近代工业开始进入上海。20世纪20年代后期到30年代初期,上海近代工业在企业数量、技术装备、工厂管理等方面都在全国确立了优势地位,近代上海成为中国工业的重要基地,大量的混凝土工业建筑被建造。建国后,上海经历了数次产业结构调整,大量的工业用地和混凝土工业建筑被废弃和置换,更新的需求凸显。混凝土工业建筑具有结构可塑性好,分布广泛,数量众多,改造维护简便等优点,在上海的工业建筑改造与更新中,占据着重要地位。本文选取了工部局宰牲场(1933老场坊)的改造作为主要的研究样本,从多角度观察了上海混凝土工业建筑的保护及再生策略,研究了混凝土工业建筑改造更新的模式、设计、细部处理,探讨了可以应用的技术可能,并与相关的案例做了对比分析,力图为当前和未来更多的混凝土工业建筑保护与更新项目提供一些思路与参考。

【Abstract】 Since shanghai was opened up in Oct. 1843 , the modern industry established by the foreign merchants entered shanghai gradually. All during the late 1920’s to the early 1930’s, the modern industry of shanghai got its advantage position countrywide, whether on enterprise quantity, equipments or shop management. And shanghai became the most important base of the Chinese industry, lots of concrete industry buildings were built. After liberation, shanghai had suffered several industrial reconstructions. With the development of the "withdraw from the industry, enter the service" strategy, abundant of the industrial estates and concrete buildings were abandoned or displaced, the needs of the rehabilitation of the industrial buildings increase rapidly.The concrete industrial building has many excellences, such as good plasticity, widely spread, large quantity and simple maintenance. This type of industrial building takes an important part of the reform and rehabilitation of the industry inheritance in shanghai.The paper chooses the rehabilitation of abattoir of S.M.C.P.W.D (1933 Old Millfun) as the primary case for study, observes the protection and regeneration tactic through various perspectives, study the renewal pattern, design, details of concrete buildings, and discusses the possible technology that can be used. Also some comparative analysis are done with two relative cases. Based on the theoretic research and the case study, I hope to provide some threads and references for the projects on the concrete industrial building protection and regeneration in the future.
